Taylor's POV
Harry's fingers were intertwined with mine as the whole crew sat in the large van, driving to the hotel where we were all staying now. My head was on Harry's shoulder and his legs were also intertwined with mine. He kept repeatedly kissing my head and running his hands through my hair. I didn't question it, I just wasn't used to PDA that much. It's been a while. But then again I didn't mind the simple gestures and I sure as hell didn't want them to stop.
"You're staying in my room with me tonight, right?" Harry's voice asked me. It was low, so no one could hear us. As if he was telling me his deepest secret.
I sat up, leaning my head up and looking him in the eyes and I nodded, smiling. I knew I had to trust him. I knew I could trust him. I just have to take it one step at a time. I need to be able to open up to someone besides Liam and Danielle.
Harry smiled back at me, leaning down and he kissed my nose as I laid my head back onto his shoulder again.
"There's two beds. I don't want to make you uncomfortable," He whispered. I smiled again.
"Thank you," I whispered back to him, snuggling closer into his side. Something inside of me twisted. I wasn't used to being close to a guy like this beside David and sometimes my brother and Liam. But I felt safe with Harry. I haven't ever felt this safe. Ever. I was just comfortable now. I wasn't scared about the incident in the police station a few days ago.
"Anything for you."
-----
I sat up with a jolt, sweat dripping down my face as I looked around the room, my eyes landing on the curly haired boy who slept on the bed next to me. I didn't want to wake him up. I didn't want to bother him.
I pulled my hair out of it's ponytail and ran a hand through it. I laid back down on the bed and closed my eyes, putting my hands over them, breathing slowly and hoping I wouldn't have an anxiety attack at some point after that dream I just had about Brian.
"Taylor?" A husky voice asked me. I removed my hands from my face and sat up, looking over at Harry who was now sitting up, looking at me with worried eyes.
"Harry go back to sleep. I'm fine," I lied, laying back down, rolling over to where I was facing the opposite wall.
"Taylor I heard you screaming. You aren't ok." I sighed at him. How did he know me so well? No one has ever been able to read me so well before. Harry could easily tell when I was lying and when I wasn't, and when I was okay and when I wasn't. I heard something moving and the next thing I know, Harry is sitting beside me on the bed. Out of instinct, I scooted away from him, not enough for me to fall off the bed, but a good few inches.
"Taylor. I'm not Brian. I am not going to hurt you. I am not David. I am not going to leave you." He assured me, his voice sincere and low. And I knew he was being serious too.
"Trust me," His voice serious, yet sincere, once again.
"Alright..." I sighed, letting him scoot closer to me, under the blankets. His warm body locked closely with mine, his arms snaking around me, near my waist. He pulled my body close to his chest. I relaxed into his grip as he turned me around so I was now facing his chest.
"I won't hurt you," He whispered again in my ear, kissing the top of my head. I couldn't help but smile. I hate to admit it, but I feel safe again. Finally in someone's arms who actually cares about me.
I relaxed a little more, inhaling his scent, becoming calm all of a sudden. I closed my eyes, wrapping my arms around him and hugging him to me, hoping he wouldn't let me go at some point during the night.
