  "Soo..."

  "Soo..."

This was absolutely the most uncomfortable meeting ever. I didn't know what to say, I didn't know how to feel, this was all so weird, and so sudden.  All of my brothers were handsome, from Jaden, all the way down to Judon. Judon was the baby, and I was really happy to have big and little brothers. I just didn't know how to connect with them.

"Did y'all know about me?" I asked them curiously, inspecting everything about them. They all had dreads like my father used to, but Judon was a little darker than the rest of us. You could tell that we were all related.

Also Keon, Kim's brother, which is so weird because I was low-key checking him out at the Trap. Not like I wanted to get with him or anything, but I thought he was cute, now it was just weird. It's such a small world. He was no where to be found though.

"Yeah, we always knew about you. Judon most likely remember you the least, but somehow I remember the day you was born. We always begged to visit, to come spend time with you, but you didn't remember us, and the streets was hot for a good minute." Jaden said sipping on a bottle of Vodka. How he got it in here? I don't know, don't care.

"When did y'all get back?" I asked curiously and Jordan smiled sadly, "We've been back for a little over a month, but mama didn't want us to meet until your birthday." Jordan seemed to be like the chill, pothead brother. He gave me a bit of a gay vibe, but I didn't want to ask. My birthday would have been ruined had I met them then. "Well, everything happens for a reason, right?"

"I got a question!" Jaden's loud mouth ass shouted. "What?" I asked him trying to conceal my annoyance. "How the hell you end up with fuckboy Danny?" I didn't know that they were acquainted.

"Fuckboy?" I knew what fuckboy was, but I didn't understand was why he was calling my boyfriend one. "Everybody done heard about that nigga. I heard homeboy was a player."

"Uh, uhn. See, I ain't fucking with that he say, she say, tell me what you know, not what you heard." I didn't exactly snap on him, but I said it in a tone letting him know, I don't play that. Especially since me and Danny was fonking right now, I didn't want to add no more reasons to be mad at him to the list.

"Ooh, she ride for her man, I like that in you sis." Jaden smiled and I rolled my eyes. "I'm with Danny because I love him, he hasn't hurt me, and he's amazing. You the one seem like a damn fuckboy." Judon, definitely the quietest one, started cracking up. "That nigga is a fuckboy. He's like the King Fuckboy or some shit." I smiled cause that's the first time he really spoke.

"And you talking bout my boyfriend, like the grass greener on yo side." I said pointing to Jaden, and he had a stupid grin on his face. "Shit, the grass always green on my side." He snickered, and I knew he was talking about weed. "Shut up, dude." I laughed along with them.

"You do know that there's a hit out on him?" Jordan asked and I rolled my eyes. "Accidentally." I replied and he looked at me confused. "He accidentally has a hit out on him?"

"No, he accidentally told me even though I already knew cause I listened to his phone conversation. That's how I found out about the gun store that we went to and met his uncle." Everybody was silent for a few seconds and I realized that I said too much, I talked way too damn much. I was so thankful Kim wasn't here right now. She was with her own brother.

"Why was you at a gun store?" Judon asked and I was shocked by his sudden seriousness. He switched up somehow, and looked and sounded a lot older. It was actually kind of intimidating.

"Because I needed some guns." I deadpanned as if it were so normal. "For?" Jaden asked putting his drink down for once.

They were all silent and staring at me which was making me feel like I was in trouble. "Practice?" I sort of asked. "I just met you and I can tell when you lying. What you get a gun for?" Jaden asked, and for the first time since I was six, I saw a glimpse of my father. I couldn't lie.
