c'est time 2 get serious

right, so. just like last time, i've noticed a ton of comments relating to josh. they call themselves fat, they admit to hating themselves, they think they need to lose weight.

if you're in that mindset, get help.

stop reading this book.

this book is triggering. as someone who struggles with disordered eating, i get that. and i know that people will read triggering shit on purpose sometimes.

but please, if this book gives you any ideas— if you start to mimic josh, skip meals, i don't fucking know— please stop reading it.

no, i won't be offended. i'll be relieved. i have friends with eating disorders, i know people that have died from it, i myself am suffering from some sort of it.

please get help.

you may not think you have an eating disorder. especially if you're overweight / a healthy weight. but skipping meals, lowering calories, overexercising, fasting for long periods of time, throwing up after meals, hating your body in the mirror... all signs of an eating disorder.

i know it's scary. you can message me if you'd like.

but i don't want you guys to suffer in silence. if you relate to josh, to tyler, get help.

and most importantly? i love y'all. stay alive. |-/
