{Ch.3} First Week~?

Aphmau's POV-

"Z-Zane!! Why are you dating him!" Garroth Screamed

"W-We're not dating! He just.. Kissed me for some r-reason..
.. Zane.... Why did you kiss me exactly?.." I asked, I feel bad for Garroth, he genuinely cared for me and wanted to respect my relationship with Aaron before he tried to date me..

"I-I don't know why I kissed her.. I don't know what came over me, I just.... I don't know..."

"A-Aphmau... Is this true? You guys aren't dating?" Garroth asked me

"Yes, It's true.."

"Then may I ask you on a date next Friday..?"

"S-Sure! Just text me where t-to meet you!"

I glanced over at Zane... His eyes, they were glossy...I can't help but feel bad for him, but why does he want to date me? We've been best friends for almost a year and only friends..
Garroth then got a text.

"Sorry, I have to go meat up with Laurence, he said that the school is opening up a sports team and we need to sign up early before all the spots are taken, bye guys!" He said before walking out of the restaurant

"A-Aphmau?! You're really going out with him?!" Zane yelled

"Yeah.. Jealous?" I laughed

"What?!? N-No I Just-"

"Calm down, It's just a jo- Zane, is your phone ringing?"

"Y-Yeah, just give me a second, Hello?"

"ZANE?! D-DID YOU SEE THE UPDATE ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE?!" A voice screamed through the phone

"Zane, who is it?" I whispered

"It's my mom" He whispered as he covered the phone with his hand

They chatted for a bit before they hung up.

"Zane, why was Zianna calling you?"

"Apparently there's an update on the website that school has to be delayed for another week."

"Why?"

"Something about the lessons not being completely ready and the library got destroyed because the bookcases fell and got destroyed"

"Seriously?!"

"Yeah, so now what do you wanna do?"

"Umm... Can I grab my phone first, It has the address to a nearby park we could walk to"

"Sure! C'mon!"

And by then, we were walking out the door
