14. craft shop

Dylan pov

it was thursday, and today was Lily's first day at our school. I would see Thomas and Lily in the first class I had, art class.
I sat next to Thomas and Lily sat behind us with another girl named Emma. "This week we're going to draw places. these places can be realistic or they can be a 'fantasy world'" the teacher explained. I started to think of the places I could draw. Soon I had a thing in mind. When I got a paper to draw on I started to scetch lines so I could still erase it if I wanted to. I saw that Thomas was still thinking of something to draw. "what are you going to draw?" He asked. "you'll see when it's finished" I said with a smile. He sighed "I don't bloody know what to draw" Thomas said.
"draw the world as you see it" I said while I laid my hand on his hand. Thomas smiled. "thanks" he said. Soon he began to draw too.
Later when the class was over we all packed our stuff. "I want the drawings done after the vacation" the teacher said before we left.
Thomas looked at his phone. "I have a change in my schedule, the teacher of my next class is sick so I don't have that class today" he said. Lily checked her phone too. "just what I thought, we have that class together, so I don't have that class too" she said with a smile.

Thomas pov

Dylan had another class, so he went to class and Lily and I stayed behind together. "so, what do you want to do?" she asked. "well, normally I would study or make homework, but I don't have any. But I want to buy something nice for Dylan" I said. Lily smiled. "aaahhhwww! that's so cute, lets go!" she said.

Later we were in some shops nearby school. "What do you think he likes?" I asked.
"I don't know, he's your boyfriend" she said with a little laugh at the end.
"well, I haven't known him for that long, he was your boyfriend for a while" I said back. "nevermind, I got it" I added. she gave me a curious look. "what is it?" she asked. "you'll see"
Two minutes later we walked into a craft shop. "you think he likes to have painting brushes?" she asked confused.
"I actually do" I said with a smile. "but this is a secret okay? I want to do something nice for him, got any ideas?" I asked her. She looked at the time on her phone "what about school" she said. I didn't get it first "what?" I asked slow. "school, we have to go back to school" she said and dragged me out of the store. "but I haven't bought anything for Dylan yet" I said sad. "another time" she said as we walked back to school.
At school we both had other classes, so we separated. "see ya later!" she shouted before she turned around a corner as I walked straight on.
