It was cold tonight and Tyler Joseph felt like his arms were freezing off. The snow rested in his hair, quickly evaporating as he stumbled. The canopies somewhat protecting him from the freezing cold falling from the sky. The snow underneath his feet crunched as he continued walking. Tyler was lost. Why was he here? He didn't know. He had woken up underneath an old, withered oak tree. A blanket underneath him and one draped over his body like it had just been thrown over him carelessly. His body was battered and bruised, however, Tyler had no recollection of what happened. He scrambled the two blankets together and started wondering aimlessly around the tree filled forest. His head ached from the cold of winter as he stumbled through the white, several questions circled around his mind. Why is this happening? Why am I here? Non of them answered, but he didn't expect them to be. The wind picked up and started blasting more snow in Tyler's face; often being forced into his eyes.
"God damn it!" He shouted as he tripped over a non visible tree root. He looked behind at his foot and gasped in shock. It was twisted in the opposite direction. He groaned in pain as he pushed himself up against a tree. He took hold of his foot and began twisting it into the correct position, his screams echoed through the dark forest. Silence followed.
Tyler had done it. He saw the sun rising rising over the horizon. He had made it through the night. He grasped the bark of the tree for support and carried on walking. He dealt with the pain as he was just, hopefully, a few miles away from the exit.
Suddenly he heard... Something. Something crunched behind him. It sounded like it was a few miles away from him so he continued walking. The crunching got louder and louder. Tyler was so preoccupied with getting out of this god forsaken forest, that he didn't notice a shadow rising behind him. Louder and louder the crunching got until suddenly he could feel something breathing down his neck. He stopped, and started clenching his fist. Tyler swung around as fast as his body would let him and punched the mysterious figure in the face or at least he thought he did. Stood before him, was a significantly smaller man wearing a ski mask. He had grabbed Tyler's fist. Tyler was surprised at this because he spent most of his time working out and training his reflexes to perfection and this person was able to catch it like it was a pillow. The guy yanked down on Tyler's arm and used this to jump over him, giving the guy enough force to flip Tyler over.
He fell to the ground with a large thud. Next thing he knew, the wind had been knocked out of him by a foot to the stomach, "You're not as tough as I thought you'd be!" The guy mocked. The guy bent down inches away from Tyler's face, his breath warm againt his cold skin "Who're you?" Tyler said, voice shaking
"I'm your worst nightmare!" The guy spat as he knocked Tyler out cold.
