Stuck Between The Two

i was awoken by my phone ringing. i groaned and turned around on my side. I picked up my iPhone off the dresser and looked at the caller ID. it was Chris of course. I sighed before picking up.

trey:hello?

chris:wassup trey

Trey: you just woke me up nigga!

Chris:oh my fault bro i didn't mean to disturb you but have you heard from Nadia?

I couldn't help but chuckle at that question. cause of him his girl was sleeping in my bed.

Trey:Chris she came over here last night.

He was silent for a minute 

Chris: man i fucked up last night...bad like she won't even pick up her phone. is she ok?

Trey:umm yeah just give her some time to cool off first she's probably still heated.

Chris; ill be over there later so i can talk to her 

Trey: aight man talk to you later 

Chris: ok

Once we finished our conversation I made my way to the bathroom. i brushed my teeth and made my way down the stairs to go look for Nadia. when i woke up she wasn't in the room. thank god for that because if she heard me talking to Chris she would probably be in a bad mood for the rest of the day.

Before i even go to the last step i could smell bacon and eggs.there she was the big over sized shirt that i gave her last night cooking breakfast. my type of lady. im not gonna lie she looked good in my shirt. 

Trey; there you go

I said taking a seat at the kitchen table. she turned around and smiled that million dollar smile that warmed my heart every time i saw her.

Nadia; finally i though you would never wake up

She said making me laugh a little. leave it to Nadia to make me laugh

Trey: what you making over there 

Nadia: well i was hungry and you don't have shit in your fridge so i took it apon myself to go to the store and buy some food so you wont starve to death. i made some pancakes with eggs and bacon.

she said cracking us both up.

trey: aww you shouldn't have. i cant cook so my fridge is always empty.

nadia: well if you get yourself the right one you wouldn't have to starve yourself all the damn time trey.

well what if i said i DID find my right one. she just doesn't know it. even if she did we could never be together.

Trey: good point 

she made her way to the table with two plates. one for me and one for her. aww she's so cute. 

Nadia; here you go sir 

she placed mine in front of me 

Trey; thank you beautiful.

she sat across from me. so i was face to face with my beautiful queen. while we were eating we made small talk and made faces at eachother like we were in high school. i couldn't help but stare into those beautiful hazel eyes. even though they were still kinda puffy they were still gorgeous. there was a sight bruise on her cheek you could tell she put a little of make-up to hide it. my eyes scanned her face. her eyes then her little cute nose. her plump  lips. the side of her lip was busted a little. it wasn't very visible but if you look close enough you could see it. and i was staring pretty damn hard.

Nadia noticed me looking and tried to cover it with her hand. 

Nadia; you barely ate anything Trey 

i looked down at my plate i still had a lot to go. i was so busy looking at her that i forgot about my food.

Trey; i'm not used to this much food 

I said cracking us up.

Nadia; im full.

she got up and took both our plates in her hand.

Trey; i got it

i got up and took the plates out her hand

Nadia; no its ok sit down

she tried protesting

Trey; Nadia you've enough you sit down

I smiled at her and put the plates to the sink.Nadia got up and sat on the kitchen counter. shawty a trip for real.

Nadia; i'm so short 

She laughed and dangled her feet a little.

Trey; i rather you be short than be a fucking giant 

Nadia. what if i wanted to be a giant

She looked at me crossing her arms around her chest. shes always tryna argue smh

Trey; nah. short girls are cuter than tall girls

I  said making her laugh. I was now leaning on the counter next to her and looking down at her.

Nadia; so are you calling me cute Trey?

She looked up at me smirking, Nadia is always tryna flirt its gonna get her in trouble one day. but its innocent so i don't mind it.Its cute.

Trey: maybe 

I said smirking back at her. she rolled her eyes and pushed  my arm

Nadia; you are such a flirt 

I laughed at the fact that i didn't budge when she pushed me. she was so small and cute 

Trey: I eat those. 

I said flexing my muscle.

Nadia; whatever

She hopped off the counter and headed down the hall.

Trey; where you off to now

Nadia; none of your damn business boy

She turned around and stuck out her tongue at me

Trey; last time i checked this was my house miss

Nadia: so and your point is?but if you must know i'm gonna go take a shower.

She said running up the stairs to my room. you gotta love her.
