Regina
"We'll give you some time alone." I said leading Teresa out of the room while the new parents played with their baby.
"Regina, can I borrow some clothes please?" Teresa asked shivering, both of us soaked from the shower water, I chuckled and nodded, wrapping my arms around myself as we walked downstairs.
"So?!" Snow asked walking up from the basement with the rest of the family, Neal perched on her hip. "She's here! I'll let Chris and Eva introduce you to her, but she's perfectly healthy, and both mom and baby are resting." I said walking over to Robin who handed Teresa and I a furry robe.
"Sorry about the water babe, Roland thought the switch was the light." Robin said blushing, I giggled and cuddled into him, kissing him sweetly.
"There's the dad of the hour!" Hook exclaimed, everyone clapped and cheered as he raced down the stairs with a large grin on his face.
"Baby Girl Zambrano is here and healthy, she weighs seven pounds six ounces, both her and Eva are doing wonderful." He said grinning from ear to ear, getting slammed with hugs from everyone.
"Congratulations Chris." I said hugging him while Robin pat him on the shoulder. "Thank you Regina, for keeping it together up there, I would have lost it." He said gratefully, his cheeks blushing, I smiled and leaned into Robin, pulling his arms around me.
"It was all you two, I've done this a couple times myself and I knew you would get a little frazzled, but now you have a precious little baby." I said smiling, he nodded and grinned, wiping a stray tear from his face.
"Sorry, uh, she wanted you all to come up and meet her." He said quietly, I nodded and rubbed his shoulder before following up the stairs.
"Hello Eva!" Snow cried, walking into the room where Eva was sitting on the bed surrounded by pillows while holding her new baby, she had changed into a tank top and shorts and had the old comforter tucked around her small frame, little lucky bastard.
"Hi everyone, sorry we kind took over your room you two." She said looking around guiltily, I smiled and walked over to her, taking her free hand.
"Stay as long as you'd like, you're family now." I said smiling, she wiped a tear away and held her squirming baby close to her.
"And who's this?" Robin asked curiously, a hush fell over the room and everyone encircled the bed where Eva looked up at her husband and smiled.
"Well we know that today was a rough day for all of you, and we hoped that with the birth of our daughter it could provide some hope for you all, and if it doesn't we understand, but we want you all to meet our daughter,
Esperanza Emilia Zambrano." She said looking down at the tiny baby, Teresa quickly gasped and reared up, wiping her eyes.
"Esperanza means hope in Spanish." She whispered, smiling at Eva, my eyes started to water and I looked at my family who now started to get even more emotional.
"Emilia?" Snow asked, her eyes full of touched tears, Eva smiled and wiped her own eyes, looking around at all of us.
"Regina? Would you like to hold her?" She asked gently, I wiped my eyes and nodded, carefully taking the sleeping infant from her arms and pulling her close to me.
"Now as much as we love her name Esperanza, we know how much of a mouthful that can be, so if you want you can call her Ana." She said leaning into Teresa's tight embrace.
