"How are we going to get out of here?" I whisper to Braydon.

"We'll figure it out." He whispers back.

"Times up." The British man sang.

"I just want to get out of this hell hole." I whisper quickly to Braydon. He nods in response.

"See-ya later lover boy." The British man holds the door open for Braydon.

After Braydon leaves, I slump down onto a chair.

"How do we get out, British dude?" I ask British dude.

"British dude? I have a name y'know..." British dude trails off.

"Whats your real name, British dude?" He groans at the nickname.

"Just call me 'C'."

"Is that your name?" I ask.

"No. It's a nickname, genius." He replies.

"What's your real name then?"

"Cornelius." He replies looking embarrassed.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA," I start laughing really loudly.

"That's why I told you to call me 'C'!" He says defensively.

"Thats- That's the- the funniest name- e- ever!" I say between breathes.

"...shut up..." He mumbles.

"S-Sorry. Okay, I'm good now." I inhale and exhale a deep breath.

"Whats going on in here?!" A deep voice says behind me.

It was one of those men asking those questions to me!

"I was la-"

"I was giving her orders to sit still, sir." C interrupts me.

I furrow my eyebrows at him while he returns a nervous glare.

"Very well. We need her for the show; Boss' orders." The man says.

"Show? I ain't being part of any 'show'!" I argue.

"If you want to live, you will do as we say." The man threatens.

I shut my mouth while C gives me a sympathetic glare.

"...what kind of show?" I ask.

"Magic. A Magic Show." The man says slowly.

"I'll show her to her dressing room." C states. I gulp.

"Whatever. Just make sure she's ready by 5:00." The orders while walking out of the room.

"I'm scared, C." I loudly whisper.

"You'll be fine. I'll make sure they won't touch you." He responds while leading me to the dressing rooms.

We walk into the dressing rooms. To be honest it looks like a gypsy caravan.

I see a coat hanger with 'Hailey' written on it in marker. Hanging on the coat hanger is a half-yellow half-red dress that's looks pretty short and puffs out at the sides. Along with black buttons placed along the middle of the dress where the yellow and red separate. The dress kind of resembles a clown suit. Suprise-suprise.

Hanging with the dress is a red nose and black heels. Great. So they expect me to be walking in heels too I suppose? What's next? Face paint?!

Just when I thought my luck couldn't get any worse I spotted a make up desk with light bulbs surrounding the mirror connected to the desk.

On top of the desk was a face paint tray along with black eyeliner and lipstick.

"They expect me to be a clown?!" I say to C in disbelief.

This is ridiculous if you ask me!

"Pretty much. It's only for half an hour though." C says, taking a seat on the old, red, ripped up couch.

"I should get started." I say as I take a seat on the make up desks chair.

"White face paint first!" I hear C shout in the background.

I start sponging on the white face paint which felt dried up against my skin. Ew!

Then came the black eyeshadow which I got C's help on. He made it look like I was that girl from The Exorcist!

I asked C for the time and he said 4:00. I finished with the black eyeliner and lipstick then went to the change rooms to put on the costume.

I came out a few minutes later with my costume on and my old clothes balled up, tucked under my shoulder.

"How do I look?" I ask C, attempting to do modeling poses.

"Very nice. Could be a new look for you." He jokes.

"Nope I'm throwing it out once I'm finished this stupid show. You'd better have make up wipes ready for me!" I laugh.

"Ok well I think we should go. It's almost time." C starts heading out the door.

"Wait! What exactly do I need to do?" I ask C, making him turn around.

"Just magic tricks like making you disappear and stuff." He answers.

"Please elaborate."

"Do you trust me?" He asks.

But seriously, do I trust C? He works with these evil people and so far has helped me.

"Yes. I do trust you."

Even though I did feel like saying no, I couldn't just say that to C. I'm being untrustworthy while all he's done has been to help me after all.

"Well then, like I said before. I won't let them hurt you. So there's no need to worry." He smiles at me.
