Chapter 3

I'm sitting a dinning table eating a fruit salad across from, I'm pretty sure like the hottest guy I've ever met, and he won't stop staring at me. Oh my god do I have something on my face. Is my winged eyeliner crooked, is my lipstick smudged. It shouldn't have because it's the brand new Kylie Matte Lip Kit Color in Posie K, and that shit doesn't even come off when I want it to come off.

"Hailey, is there something on my face?" I lean over to Hailey and whisper in her ear. She looks at me and the. Shakes her head no.

I let out the breath I didn't even know I was holding. "So Kyle, this is Bree. Like my best friend, the one I've been talking non stop about." Hailey days to the guy, named Kyle sitting across from me.

"Oh yeah, well hi Bree. I'm Kyle." He smirks at me, and I feel my cheeks heating up hopefully my actual blush covers up my real blush cause if not then that's awkward.

I lift up my hands to pull on my pony making sure it wasn't loose and quickly lay them back into my lap noticing Kyle glance at my wrists.

I push back my chair and pick up my half eaten bowl of fruit and set it down next to the sink. My dad starts walking in and he grabs the bowl and starts eating it of it.

"Hey that was mine." I whine.

"Okay and, you set it next to the sink so it was the sink's. And I'm pretty sure the sink said I could have it." My dad laughs in between intakes of fruit.

"So uh Bree, let's go upstairs. Come on Kyle we got work to do." Hailey changes the subject. Kyle gets up and sets his bowl next to my dad and laughs.

"Here Mr. Darren, you can have mine too." Kyle gives my dad a smile and then turns around to face me. "Lead the way apparently I'm working today." I feel his hand press against the small of my back motioning for me to go to the stairs.

I show Hailey and Kyle up to room, forgetting about the sign I put up, and I quickly tear it off the door.

"Okay girl, first before you open your door let's just take a moment to look at how much you changed. Hell you lost so much weight, have you been working out?" Hailey chuckles. I laugh along with her and open up my door.

I hear a loud squeal as Hailey comes barging in, with Kyle following. "Oh my gosh you have a massive house!" Haileys starts jumping on my bed.

"Ya you and Ashlynn almost have the same exact one as mine only your guys' doesn't have an already built in pool!" I scream louder towards the end.

"Pool Party!" Hailey squeals. "I'm gunna call over some friends to get this unpacking done, then we're all heading out to the pool!" She screams while dialing a couple of number.

I shake my head at her as I start emptying out my backpack. I set my MacBook down onto my study desk along with my notebooks, pens and pencils, and my reading books.

After Hailey stops jumping on the bed and gets off, I rush over quickly to remake it.

I look over at Kyle and he's looking through my book box, probably clueless as to where to put them all seeing as I have no bookshelf. "Hey Kyle do you think you can help me move some furniture around?" I walk over to him and ask.

"Uh ya sure." He stands up next to me. I have to practically look up at him he's so tall.

Together we move the Futon, and then we also grabbed some other chairs from the other rooms. After Hailey was done calling people she grabbed a lamp as well to put in the sitting area.

A few minutes later a bunch of people showed up, like Ashlynn and her boyfriend. Along with this chick named Delainee.

"Hey babe." Kyle greets her at the entrance of my room.

He has a girlfriend. I gulp, and my heartbeat gets faster. My face feels hot.

"Hey." The girl that must be Delainee, kisses Kyle on the lips.

"They've been dating for two weeks, I'm suprise they're not over yet. She's a major slut I mean just look at her." Ashlynn whispers to me.

"I know right!" Hailey screams. Kyle and Delainee look over at us but then go back to making out. Get a room jeez.

Ashlynn soon caught me up on her whole love life and I met her boyfriend Nathan. He's super nice and I can tell they're gunna have a good relationship.

Where as me and Hailey are as single as a pringle.

Two hours later the 6 of us finished unpacking my room, and we started heading downstairs for the pizza my Dad ordered for us.

"Thanks dad." I kiss him on the cheek and grab two pieces before they ran out.

"Ya thanks Mr. Darren." Kyle and Hailey said unison. They start cracking up with laughter until Hailey took a seat next to me and bit into her slice.

Kyle sits next to her, with Delainee on his other side. Then it was Ashlynn next to me and Nathon on her other side as well. My dad left to go outside to clean the backyard for later tonight.

After the pizza was finished they all decided to go back home, except of Ashlynn and Hailey because we made plans for us to have a sleepover in my new house.

Before we went up stairs to put on our outfits I gets a call from a random number. I pick it up without thinking and say hello.

"Hey it's Kyle, so um what time should I be over.?" Kyle asks.

"Umm how about like in a hour or two." I answer.

"Alright cool thanks, Princess." Then he hangs up.

"Woah what just happened your face is beat red. You okay?" Ashlynn chuckles.

"Yeah I'm fine." I tell them touching my cheeks. We head upstairs to get ready for the party.
