Let's just skip ahead, cuz I'm sure no one cares about a 35 hour drive across the state. The only exciting thing that happens was that dad forgot to put gas I tot he car half way there and we ran out of gas luckily we were like right next to gas station, attached to a party store.Yes, that means my mom and dad got their stupid munchies, and no I wasn't kicked out this time.
Mainly cuz Hailey and Ashlynn were sleeping.
It was around 9 pm when we made it to California, we only took about 5 breaks in between the drive but never stopped at a hotel I slept half the drive while my parents switched on and off to rest.
I walked inside our new house and looked around. It was massive, three stories plus a basement. We ended up living about two minutes away from our old neighborhood which is we're ALL of my friends are. The only reason why we're here and not at the old house is because some how our house caught on fire and was burnt to the ground.
Have no clue how or why all I know is that someone already built a house on top of it and is now living in it.
Kill me.
At least this house has a pool.
You must also be thinking, "aren't your parents like not together anymore?". Yes they are divorced but they thought it would be a good idea to section off a large house and each pay half the bill, all so they wouldn't hurt my little feelings.
Great family right? Anyways I make my way up the large stairs and pick out my room. I head towards the one all the way on the top floor. The last room down the hallway. Away from all of society. Meaning my parents.
And I can blast music, and sing however loud I feel like. Hell I don't care if the neighbors throw a bomb at the house just for me to shut up. Like I care I just wanna go back to Cali.
I drop my things down on the hard wood floor and check out my bedroom. It has a massive area. I already have plans for my room it consists of a sitting area, a studying corner, a music area, and a place to sleep. It also has a massive wardrobe with a vanity next to it. Next to the wardrobe is a door.
I open up the door and find a walk in closet, almost the size of my own room. There's also a hidden door in the closet which leads to a massive bathroom. A big bathtub, a walk in shower, a he/she sink and a toilet. On the on the side of the bathroom there's another door leading back into my bedroom.
I walk over to my bag and pull out a note book a pen. I write down BREES ROOM ALREADY CALLED DIBS on the paper and ripped it out. I take out the piece of gum I was chewing and stick it to the paper and hang it up on the outside of the bedrooms door. I slam it close and run and jump into the bed.
Soon enough I started to drift off. The bed is a nice soft queen, with really fluffy blankets. Also pillows you could die for
Hours later I get woken up by blinding lights coming from my window. Note: must get curtains.
I go to reach for my phone on the nightstand but I soon remember I'm not in California anymore and that my phone is still where I dropped everything. I sit up and look around. The only thing in here is a futon, a bed, a vanity and a desk with a spinny chair.
Another mental note: Get together with Ashlynn and Hailey and full out decorate this shit.
I hear my phone go off all the way across the room by the door. I moan and flop back down onto the bed.
"BREE WAKE UP YOU HAVE VISITERS!" I hear my mom scream. I open my eyes and rub them. I must have fallen back asleep. I glance over at my door and see my mom standing there sweating like a pig, holding a heavy box. I stand up and walk over to her.
"Well hello to you too." I "cheerfully" tell her. I slide past her and walk down the hallway. I hear voices by the entry way as i make my way down the stairs.
"Bree!" Hailey screams running up the steps before I even reach the bottom. She wraps me into a bear hug almost making me trip and fall.
"Omg Hailey I've missed you so much!" I step back and look at her and then go in for another huge bear hug.
"Alright alright." She breaks up the hug. "You stink go shower." She complains plugging her nose with her fingers. I chuckle and dart up the stairs
"I'll be down in 20 don't worry!" I yell as I slam my door closed. I run into the bathroom closing both doors and quickly undress. I forgot a towel and clean clothes and I walk out into my room, trying to cover up with a shirt cuz it's freezing cold, I grab my backpack and grab the outfit I packed.
I looked through a couple of boxes my mom set inside my rooms and then found all my bathroom stuff. I grabbed out my soaps and shampoos and conditioners, along with body washes and bath bombs. I remember a robe and a towel and then run back into the bathroom.
I set everything down neatly next to the shower. I hang up my towel and robe and put my bath bombs in a little tub that was next to the bath, then walk back over the shower and grab everything else I grabbed and stood them on the ledge in my shower.
I turn around and close the shower door, I figure out how to work the shower then and basically I take a shower. What more is there.
After my shower, I decided not to wear the clothes I packed my in my backpack, and rummage through the boxes looking for a pair of shorts and a crop top. I find the clothes, and toss them on my bed. I take my hair out of the towel wrap and slip on my outfit.
I quickly blow dry my dark brown hair, and straighten it. I grab an elastic and put into a high pony out of my face. I slather on some makeup and change out my belly button piercing to a gold anchor.
I check the mirror one more time happy with my look that consists of a tropical flower crop top and high wasted light blue jean shorts that has a ripped hole on one side. I walk back out into my room and slip on my all black high top converse that were sitting next to the boxes.
I open up the door, but quickly remember to grab my phone out of my backpack. I walk out of my room, shutting the door. I run down the stairs but half way down I stop mid run, and find a really hot guy standing at the door talking to Hailey and my dad.
