"So you're saying it would not be okay if we referred to you as 'The Artist formerly known as Jungkook'?" Hobi giggled.
"Hyung! Be serious. I have permission from the CEO and I've pretty much made up my mind. I guess I sort of did this whole thing backwards, but I genuinely care what your opinions are on me doing this." Jungkook fidgeted in his seat on the couch, nervously glancing around at the faces in the room.
"You know how I feel about it already," said Taehyung with a wide smile.
"After seeing your sketch book, I agree. Go for it!" Jimin patted Jungkook's back firmly.
The rest of the guys nodded their approval. "Just remember your first job, ok?" Namjoon smiled warmly at him."Yes, I know, this group comes first. Always. I never thought to put you guys last or even second." Jungkook smiled.
"Well then, I look forward to seeing what you have to offer," Jin said warmly, squeezing his shoulder.
"It's kind of exciting to be doing something and no one knows it's me," Jungkook giggled.
"If you wanted it to be a secret you shouldn't of told him," Yoongi said, waving his thumb at Hobi.
"Yah, I take personal offense to that! I can keep secrets!" Hobi crossed his arms and pretended to pout.
"I'm not worried. I don't want it to get out but if it does, oh well." Jungkook shrugged his shoulders. He couldn't keep a secret from his "brothers." It wouldn't be right. He knew it increased his risk of being outed but he wasn't about to sneak around and hide things from these guys. They were too important to him.
"It's settled then! Jungkook is now an artist and Namjoonie is soon to be a married man!" Jin giggled and waved his arms like a cheer leader.
"It's this Saturday right, hyung?" Taehyung grinned and walked over, slinging his arm across his leader's shoulders. "Do you need a pep talk? A "how to?" Anything? I can help, you know." He waggled his eyebrows up and down while plastering a creepy smile across his face. Everyone groaned and cringed.
Yoongi walked up to the pair with a disgusted look on his face, deliberately removing Taehyung's arm off Namjoon's shoulders. "Yah, go away, you creepy alien. For the life of me, I don't understand how you got such a precious girl. Tch." He shook his head and pulled a confused Namjoon to safety on the other side of the room.
"Guys, I think Sara and I will be just fine," Namjoon laughed nervously. "Just make sure you keep working hard while I'm away relaxing on a beach somewhere with a beautiful woman beside me." He closed his eyes and smiled a dreamy smile, his deep dimples making quite the show of themselves.
"Please excuse me while I go wash the salt out of my old wounds," Hobi grumbled half-heartedly, walking away out of the room.
"Is that what they mean by the term 'salty'," Jimin asked with a confused expression.
"I don't think so, hyung," laughed Jungkook. He felt his phone vibrate and dug it out of his pocket. "Excuse me," he said softly, walking out into the hall for some privacy.
"Hello?"
"Jungkookah! Can you come to my office? I need to introduce you to someone."
"Yes, sir! I'll be right there." He hung up the phone and stuck his head back into the practice room. "Hyungs, I have to go see the CEO for a few minutes. Don't have too much fun without me," he giggled and ducked as six small towels were chucked at his head.
