Yeon Ah glanced at her watch. It was time for her session with Dr. Choi. He had asked if they could meet some place less intimidating to her, and so she chose a coffee shop not far from the company. She would use her lunch break. She didn't eat much anyway.
She walked into the coffee shop and quickly found him seated at a table in the corner. Less intimidating but still private. She smiled and walked to his table and he stood to greet her.
"I'm glad to see you! You don't mind doing this here, do you? We'll try to keep the conversation light today." He sat back down as she did the same. "I hope you don't mind, but I ordered some coffee for you."
Yeon Ah smiled and shook her head. "No, I don't mind at all. I don't really drink it much so I don't even know what I like." She laughed nervously and looked around the restaurant. Something outside the big glass windows caught her eye and she found herself looking straight into the eyes of Jungkook.
Her heart sank. Now he would know she was seeing a doctor. She would have a lot of explaining to do for sure. But as she looked at him, she saw his eyes glance over to Dr. Choi and the look that spread across his face told her she would not be explaining a therapy session, she would be explaining something entirely different. She glanced at Dr. Choi who happened to follow her line of sight.
She gasped slightly as Jungkook spun on his heel and took off back down the street towards the company. "Oh no," she said softly.
"Was that someone you know?" Dr. Choi took a sip of his coffee and looked at the back of the young man getting farther away.
"I think he misunderstood this," she said, still staring at Jungkook.
"Is this young man someone special to you?"
"That was...ah, do you remember me telling you about my friend, the artist?"
"Yes. The one who forcefully removed you from your house." Dr. Choi's face lit up with the realization of putting two and two together.
"Yes. One and the same. Well, that man just a moment ago was him." Yeon Ah sighed. She was already trying to figure out a way to fix this problem.
"Tell me more about him. He looked a bit upset when he left. Is he, perhaps, in love with you?"
Yeon Ah looked around nervously. "Ah, well, I don't really wish to talk about that here. That's more of a topic for an office visit."
"Ah, I see. Very well. Shall we go back to my office then? You know it's not far from here."
"I suppose that would be fine. I'll just text my boss and let her know I'm going to be gone a bit extra. I don't think she'll mind."
Yeon Ah pulled out her phone and sent a message to Director Kang. Thankfully, she wasn't needed for anything the rest of the afternoon so she could just take the rest of the afternoon off.
"Ok, all set." She stood from her chair and followed her doctor out of the cafe.

Jungkook did not see Yeon Ah for the rest of the afternoon. The director informed him that Yeon Ah would not be returning to the office today. He grumbled even more to himself and went to the practice room.
Thankfully, he wasn't the first one there so he would not have to be alone with his thoughts which were threatening to drive him to madness. He settled onto the floor, leaning back against the wall. He browsed his phone, not really looking at anything important.
"Jungkook-ah!" Jimin sat down next to him, nudging his shoulder with his own. "Where have you been all day?"
"I've been around," Jungkook replied flatly.
