"Do you think it's time to unleash that secret plan of our's now? I can't believe those tabloid dogs haven't smelled something already." The CEO of BigHit leaned back in his desk chair and placed his hands behind his head. He stared up at the ceiling with a concentrated frown on his face.
"Sir, I don't think we need to go that far. I seriously thought that whole plan was an actual joke. Wasn't it?" Director Kang sat across from the CEO and looked dumbfounded.
"Why would it be a joke? It's the only way we could get the fandom to accept their baby bunny being in a relationship with someone." The CEO looked at the Director like she had three heads.
"But honestly, sir, making him disappear for a few months, telling everyone he was kidnapped and got amnesia, and came back with a girlfriend or wife or whatever? ARMYs are smarter than that." She chuckled as he sighed and nodded agreement.
"I'm afraid you're right. They would have seen right through that. Good thing we never tried to use it though, huh?" He chuckled and sat up in his chair. "Still, he's obviously serious about Choi Yeon Ah and while I like her and him together, I'm still not sure how the fandom is going to respond."
"Well, they've been through this before. Their leader and favorite oddball have both gotten married. The fandom successfully accepted that. Right?"
"Yes, but this is the maknae we're talking about. You know his fan sites are the biggest. The sheer number of fansite masters requesting camera passes for concerts and airport access is staggering! I doubt this will be taken as easily as Tae Tae or Joonie's relationships. I doubt it very seriously." He leaned forward and placed his hands under his chin. "What to do...what to do..."
"How about we ask the couple? See what they want to do?" Director Kang felt Jungkook and Yeon Ah should have a say in how their relationship was revealed, just like the other two had.
"Of course, they'll be consulted. But what if they aren't ready to reveal it? Jungkook likes his privacy and from what I've heard of Yeon Ah lately, she still has aproblem with crowds and being put into the spotlight."
"True."
"So, if they aren't ready to reveal it, do we just let them continue and pray they don't get spotted?" The CEO looked worried. He liked to be proactive with these things. Waiting for someone to snap a stupid photo of them on a date and then have it spread like an out of control wild fire was not high on his list of favorite things. He frowned and studied the desk. "No. They have to do it soon. No excuses. It's better to set a fire and have it under our control than to have one sprout up out of nowhere and then try to control it."
Director Kang sighed and nodded slowly. "I guess it can't be helped." She stood slowly and bowed to the CEO, taking her leave of the room.
Once outside the office she pulled her phone from her pocket and hit a few buttons. Putting it up to her ear she spoke softly. "I need to see you in my office immediately."
She didn't give the other party time to respond. Another heavy sigh escaped her lips and she set out down the hall.

Jungkook looked down at his phone and a confused look spread across his face. "Well, that's strange." He laid the phone down on the coffee table.
"Is something wrong," asked Yeon Ah, who was busy removing envelopes from the fan letters. She handed him a few folded letters and then grabbed another handful of letters, laying them on her lap.
"Director Kang wants to see me. Immediately. I guess I should get going. I'll be right back. Okay?" He stood up from his spot on the couch and leaned over, kissing the top of her head gently. He left quickly, closing the door behind him.
