Authors Note: I really like this series, even though it's rubbish.

Disclaimer: I don't own Percy Jackson.

Before: I quickly flash back to my camp to see Perseus kneeling down in front of a pile of ashes, which start to blow away.

"Perseus!" I shout, trying to sound angry. However, I can't keep the worry out of my voice. I try to convince myself that the worry is only for my Hunters, and not for him, but I can't fool myself for long. "Stop this storm!"

He doesn't seem to hear me, and the storm continues relentlessly. However, after a while, he slowly turns around and looks at me... yet I can tell that something is wrong. His eyes, normally bright and full of mirth are now dull - he looks almost dead inside. He walks closer to me and says, "This is your hunters' faults. Just know that." After saying that, he spreads his wings wide and flies into the horizon, carrying the storm away with him.

Now:

Thalia's P.O.V.

It's been a while since I last saw Percy. Now that I've had time to think about it, I kind of regret making the decision to kick him out of our camp.

Maybe I was wrong to kick him out. Maybe it wasn't him.

However, whenever I start doubting myself, I think about poor Atlanta, and my resolve hardens. I hate Perseus Jackson.

Artemis's P.O.V.

Where did Percy go? I wonder.

Just then, Thalia and Phoebe run up to me.

"Where did Percy go?"

Thalia frowns and says, "We kicked him out of camp."

"What? Why would you do that?" I ask her incredulously.

"I think you should come see for yourself." Phoebe says, and then leads me towards Atlanta's tent. This alone makes me suspicious. What has he done? I think to myself.

Atlanta is curled up on her cot, shuddering and crying pitifully. She looks a bit blue.
"What's wrong, Atlanta?" I ask. "Are you okay?"

She sobs and says, "I-it was the b-b-boy. H-he did th-this to me."

"What did he do?" I ask quietly, but I pretty sure I know what it is that he did.

"He came t-to me, telling m-me w-what he wanted t-t-to do, but when I r-refused because I-I swore an o-o-oath, he..." She doesn't continue, but I get the idea.

"No. He wouldn't do that. He's different." I argue.

Phoebe's P.O.V.

I put on a look of fake hurt and disbelief. "Lady Artemis, do you really trust that - that disgusting boy more than you trust us - your hunters?"

She shakes her head and says, "I trust you, of course, but Perseus wouldn't do that. I know him."

It takes all my willpower to not scream or grit my teeth in frustration. Why doesn't she just believe me?

"But he's a boy, Lady Artemis! A disgusting male."

She sighs and rubs her head. "I need a few minutes to think about this. We can talk about this later."

Time Skip

Poseidon's P.O.V.

The council is arguing for the billionth time.

I clasp my hands and tune out on the conversation and let my mind wander. My thoughts drift toward Percy. Is he doing all right? Are the Hunters treating him okay?

I still remember the confused and suspicious look Percy had given me when he'd asked Zeus to kill him.

Why? Why had he looked at me like that? Had I done something wrong?

Thinking back, I realized there was something strange about my memory... something I couldn't exactly put my finger on...

In the corner of my mind, I hear Zeus clear his throat.

I look up and find the whole council staring at me. Well, except for Dionysus, of course. He's too busy sleeping.

"Did you say something, brother?" I ask.

He sighs and says, "Yes, I did. I asked you about the power surge in the camp of the Hunters. Do you know anything about that?"

What power surge? Is Percy all right? "No. I know nothing about this 'power surge' you speak of." I say, frowning.

"Really?" Zeus asks. "Are you lying to me?"

I roll my eyes and say, "Why would I lie to you about that?"

Zeus opens his mouth like he's about to say something, but then Athena inturrupts him. "I don't think he's in danger, Poseidon. Maybe... maybe he's the one who caused it."

Zeus looks thoughtful. "You mean that you think Percy caused the power surge?" He pauses. Then, he says the next part so quietly that it seems like he's talking to himself. "What would anger him this much?

I groan inwardly and mutter, "The Hunters."

"Huh?" Zeus and Athena ask together.

"I bet the Hunters are treating him badly because he's a male."

"What makes you think that, brother?" Zeus asks.

"Isn't it obvious? The Hunters are man-haters."

Athena seems to know what I'm saying. "Oh. I see."

Zeus nods and says, "Okay then. I shall go to Artemis and talk to her about this."

Time Skip

Artemis's P.O.V.

I am lying down in my tent when I hear a commotion. I rush outside and see Zeus standing there with a frown.

"Father." I say.

"Daughter." He says. "I am here because of a power surge that occurred here a while ago."

I swallow nervously and say, "Oh."

"Do you know about this?" He asks suspiciously.

"I... um... yes. I do." I stutter.

He raises his eyebrows and says, "Really?"

I nod. "It was Percy." I hesitate before adding, "And now he's missing."

Zeus's expression is grave as he says, "Explain."

Time Skip (After Artemis explains to everyone in the council)

Poseidon's P.O.V.

I seethed, and it took a lot of willpower not to shout out loud. How could the Hunters do such terrible thing to Percy? My poor son.

Another surge of anger flows through me, and I clench my fists and try not to make any rash decisions.

The Hunters will be punished for what they've done.

Authors Note: Well... Another update for you people... Sorry if the ending was a little (okay, a lot) rubbish. Then again, all my stories are like that, so never mind.

I'll try to update more often... If I can.
