I'll have a smoke here
A drink or two there
Anything to numb the pain
Because life's never fair
I'll hide my emotions
Wipe away those tears
Act like nothing matters
And that I have no fears
Hope no one cares
Enough to see my pain
Try to keep it together
Just try to look sane
It's getting hard to breathe
And I'm tired of resisting
Please just look away
So I can stop pretending...
