The Perks of Being an ASOUE Fan

So... 

As the title says, there are a few, um, 'perks' of being a A Series of Unfortunate Events and Miraculous Ladybug fan.. 

Anyways, lemme list them out here : 

1. Learning that 'Bugaboo' is in fact a real word.

I'm not joking guys. 

That little nickname for Ladybug is an actual word. I found it out, thanks to The Grim Grotto and Fiona's Mushroom Minutiae.  This is the definition of the word, according to Google :

  an object of fear or alarm; a bogey  

So, I'm guessing Cat Noir is afraid of Ladybug or something.

That would be kinda cute, btw.

2. The name Jacques

Remember Jacques Grimault from Simon Says ?

Well, in The Vile Village, a person called Jacques Snicket is murdered. And that dumb Detective Duplin AKA Count Olaf in a pathetic disguise blames Sunny, A TODDLER !.. For the whole thing.

And everyone believes it.

3. Disguises

The Parisians and every person in the Bauldelaire's lives are stupid. A.F.

Like, no one in Paris, not even Marinette and Adrien, can figure out Ladybug and Cat Noir's identities. And every single guardian could not recognize Count Olaf in his pathetic disguises. Except the Bauldelaires. And the Quagmires. And the Snickets. And the Widdershins (except for Fernald Widdershins). And Ishmael.

I wonder if the Bauldelaires would be able to recognize Mari and Addy (credits to @awesome_abhi for the nickname. XD) as Ladybug and Cat Noir.

Just imagine.....

Violet : I hope things will be better for us in Paris.

Klaus : Yeah, me too.

Quigley : Of course, things will be better. It's the city of love !

Beatrice : Trilf !

Quigley : See ? Even Beatrice agrees with me.

Isadora : I don't think she agrees with you.

Sunny : Yeah. She called him a flirt.

Duncan : Called it !

Violet : (blushes) I don't think he's flirting.

Fiona : Whatever. Oh look ! I think those two are here to pick us up.

Marinette : Th-thanks for along coming- I mean, coming a-along, Adrien.

Adrien : It's no problem. I still don't understand why Alya was so busy.

Marinette : (to herself) She was trying to hook us up.

Adrien : What was that ?

Marinette : N-nothing ! Heh heh.

Adrien : (shrugs)

Marinette : Oh ! There they are ! 

Adrien : You guys must be the exchange students from ******* (I don't know where they live)

Violet : Yes, we are. I'm Violet Bauldelaire, this is my brother Klaus, and my sister, Sunny. That's my adopted sister, Beatrice Snicket, and these are our friends, Duncan, Isadora and Quigley Quagmire, and Fiona Widdershins.

Marinette : That's more students than I expected. By the way, I'm Marinette and this is my friend, Adrien.

Adrien : Um, yeah. But isn't Beatrice too... young ?

Klaus : Yes, that's why she and Sunny will stay at the apartment we rented.

Marinette : Well, okay then, let's- (she's interrupted by a shriek in the distance)

Mari/Addy : We'll be back ! We have to... use the restroom ! (both blush and run off in opposite directions)

Isadora : Those two make a cute couple.

Klaus : Like us...

Fiona : Excuse me ?

Klaus : Don't fret ! That was meant for you.

Isadora : Yeah. Her.

(Random akuma comes in)

Violet : Ugh ! Can't we have peace for once ?

Cat Noir : When it comes to Paris, nothing is peaceful.

Klaus : Are you....?

Cat Noir : Sorry I din't introduce myself. I'm Cat Noir. (bows and kisses Isadora's hand)

Isadora : Dahhhhhhhh............

Violet : I've had enough drama in my life. The whole Olaf mess, the big VFD confusion and finally, supervillains and Adrien disguised as a Cat superhero

Cat : That's because I am a superhero. (Realizes what Violet meant) Wait, what ?!

Ladybug : Cat Noir ! Are you still going to talk to them, or are you gonna come help me ?!

Cat : I'm on my way, m'lady !

Fiona : Who's that ?

Cat : That's Ladybug, my partner in fighting crime ! (runs off)

Beatrice : Mari !!

Sunny : That's not 'Ladybug'...  

Klaus : It's Marinette in disguise !

Duncan : Violet, you might wanna add that to your list. (Klaus and the Quagmires start scribbling in their commonplace books)

4. Usage of items

In some situations, the Bauldelaires (mostly Violet) use objects around them to make inventions for reasons, for example, Violet uses curtain rods, old clothes and a metal wire to make a grappling hook. 

Ladybug does nearly the same thing, except, one of the items are from her lucky charm.

5. The Villains

Both the villains (Hawk Moth and Count Olaf (NOT THE ONE FROM FROZEN !!)) Want something from the main characters. 

Hawk Moth - The Miraculouses

Count Olaf - The Bauldelaire fortune and the Quagmire Sapphires
