|| Hoshiko's POV ||
We sat in the helicopter heading to god knows where. You know I really haven't seen the Lobelias in a while. and honestly i didn't think that they would get it this out of hand. I mean, what kind of person goes out of their way just to kidnap some girls and guys that ran a host and hostess club back in high school who just somehow got into an arranged marriage with each other, finding out that they're childhood friends, and the Lobelias still hod this grudge. Like what would they even still from us anyways? We've had our first kiss and our first frickle frackle. What more can they want?
"Oh I'm going to be stealing your first child!"
Like uhm... excuse me. We just got married- wait no, we haven't even started we're technically still engaged because someone decided to ruin the ceremony. Okay first we went over to meet Layla's uhhh parents?
We got off the helicopter to this huge mansion, like wow it's bigger than the high school. Wow. Layla said for me to wait in the living room as she went to go find her parents. I looked around the room to see, what I guess, is Layla's parent's wedding photo.
It was cute, I can see where Layla got her blonde hair from.
Suddenly I saw Layla coming down the stairs with a, slightly aged, man and woman who had gentle smiled on their faces.
"Okay Hoshiko this is my mom and this is my dad, I know that they're my parents because we took blood tests.. don't worry it's not one of those scenarios where they're faking to be my parents." Layla said out of breath, I can tell she's still panicking over the situation.
"Hello Sweetheart. We've sent our armies to go on a search and rescue for the boys, you can go along if you would like to, but be safe." Layla's mother said. We were given a change of clothes before we headed off to the Lobelia Academy.
"So what's the plan?" I asked Layla as we flew overhead in the helicopter.
"Alright. You might hate me.." she drawled out as I looked at her.
"Whyyyyyy....?" I asked kind of scared of what she'll say next.
"You're going to be bait." Layla said bluntly.
"wHAT?! NO! I REFUSE." I shouted as I crossed my arms.
"Hoshiko do you want to save Hikaru or not?"
"YES. YES I DO." I screamed as I pushed my face onto the helicopter window. (if you get this reference I'm proud of you.)
time skip*
As we got to the Lobelia Academy we saw that there were multiple students outside as army trucks, which I can only assume is Layla's. Our plan is that I'm going to stall the three main girls while Layla goes and sneaks everyone out. Let's see how much stalling I can do.
We opened the door to the academy, because busting it down is cliche, and we walked towards the Auditorium. When we peaked through the door we saw the three girls and all of our friends tied up on chairs and duct tape on their mouths, on the stage. Layla said she'd sneak in from the backstage door, so there I was, left alone. It took a lot of courage to actually open the door.
When I did everyone looked at me surprised.
"Oh Hoshiko~ did you decide to join the fun?" Benio asked me.
"Uh. Yeah sure," I said awkwardly, "I mean. The Zuka club fascinated the first time you captured me, Haruhi, and Kaivo."
"Oh really! How did it fascinate you?" Chizuru asked. The three came closer to me with a mischievous look, like they were going to pounce on me of some sort. I watched as Layla and a couple of other guys picked up the chairs, with our friends on the, in order to make minimal noise. So I kept on stalling, and what better way is to stall than to insult them until they're so mad that they forget who they even captured.
"It fascinated me that a bunch of girls like yourselves would go as far as to capture three girls and claim that you were going to steal their first kiss," I said laughing a bit as I saw their eyes widen, "Also it fascinates me that you still decide to capture not three, but all of us. What were you going to do with the ex-host club? Put them in their place? Humiliate them? And for what? To show that you're right? I would appreciate it if you would no longer interfere with us, the ex-host and hostess club, in our personal lives as we are no in our College years and you three should stop capturing people and taking them back to Lobelia Academy. You don't even go here anymore!" I said as sashayed away. Leaving them stunned as they soon came to the realization that they have just been played.
Outside*
As I stepped outside I saw everyone trying to cut off the duct tape. Hikaru, who was duct tape free, looked over and gave me a hug.
"Hello sweetheart~" he said sweetly.
"Hello~," I replied, "I guess this is repayment for that time you saved us from the Lobelias~"
"Hmmm... I guess so." Hikaru said, still keeping me in embrace.
Once everyone was out we all agreed that tomorrow me and Hikaru would get married. Although the engagement was due to threats of the Lobelias we've spent actually money on the wedding and we shouldn't waste it. We're just happy that everyone is safe.
