My alarm went off the following morning and I dragged myself out of bed and into the bathroom to get ready. Yesterday JYP told me I would be doing the concept photos for Got7's new album.
The boys told me that the album is more mature than their past albums, and sent me a track from the upcoming album, which I played over the speakers in my room as I got ready.
Soon I was done with my hair and I then got dressed in a pair of high waisted jeans and a pullover. My short hair partially covered by my baseball cap.
I grabbed my phone from its charger and slid it into my back pocket before I took my laptop and slid it into my backpack. A horn outside signaled me it was time to go, and I hurried outside being greeted by Chen who once again had a iced americano waiting for me, I thanked him then got in.
Soon we arrived at the building and I went through the routine of putting on my sunglasses and then making my way through the crowd of fans perched outside and into the building.
I made my way to my studio, logging into the computer and checking my email for my schedule before unpacking my bag.
Reading the schedule, I found out that I have got7's concept shoot on my schedule today.
I closed my email and opened up my photos I edited from yesterday and began sorting them as I had a couple hours to spare before the shoot.
I heard a knock on the door, "come in!"
I glanced back when the door opened to see Junior. I smiled and greeted him as he came in, "Hi,"
He smiled and leaned on the desk, dropping a small box beside me. Looking over at it, I scrunched my brows and then looked back at him, "What's this?"
He shrugged, and pushed the box towards me. My fingers tore the paper off to reveal a book, pride and prejudice. I opened the front cover to reveal the first page, it was a first edition.
I looked up at Junior, holding the book towards him, "I can't accept this, do you know how much this is worth?"
He nodded, "It's your welcome gift, i've had this book in my collection for a long time and I thought you would cherish it more than i have. After all you are just like Elizabeth and she deserves her own copy," Junior smiled, gently pushing the book away from him and into my grasp.
I kept glancing down at the book, unable to believe that this book was now mine. I got up from my chair and wrapped my arms around Junior, "Thank you, I love it."
He nodded and hugged me back, letting me go when JB appeared at the door, "The cars are waiting for us downstairs,"
We both nodded and I grabbed my bag with all my equipment before following Junior downstairs and meeting up with the rest of Got7.
It was a short drive before we reached the location, a small town on the edge of busan. JYP had told me earlier that they had rented out an abandoned hotel to film many of the scenes and would also like the photos taken in the alleyways between the hotel.
We all walked into the hotel and the boys were taken into hair and makeup as I scouted out the location, seeing possible spots for the photos.
It was around noon when I came back from exploring the location and the boys were ready after two hours of styling.
I lead the guys out of the room and to our first location which was the hallway on the top floor. It was a bit scuffed up and dirty but I thought it would play into their theme well.
