(Keke Palmer as Zora -->)

"Slut."

"Whore."

"Can you believe she slept with him?"

"I heard she forced him."

"Oh, yeah? I heard she was doing it for money."

"Little prostitute. I don't see why he even slept with her. She's ugly."

I walked in the hallway, hearing whispers around me. I don't know why people are saying I slept with Evan. I didn't! He has never even looked at me in that way; I guarantee it! I walked over to my locker and put my bag in it. P.E. was next. At least I can run my problems off. It always helps.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here? The new school slut?" I heard a voice say behind me. I was one hundred percent done with all of it. I stood and turned around.

"Look, I didn't sleep with him. They are all li-" I looked up and saw Blaze. "Blaze! I thought you were still hurt?" I said, jumping up to hug him. He winced but hugged me back.

"Maybe I am, but how could I sit at home while my best friends are getting verbally pulverized at school? I may be gay, but I am not a bad person." He said.

"Blaze... They are spreading rumors about me. I can't deal with it anymore. I-i-i-i-i didn't do it." I said, not even bothering to stop the crying. I was sobbing. He just hugged me close and rubbed his hand on my head.

"Shh, it's going to be okay. They don't know what a wonderful girl they are hurting. Hey, Cookie," he said, pulling my chin up to where I am looking at him, "I am not going to say everything is going to be okay. I mean, God, this is high school. But I will tell you one thing: I will be right here to help you through the entire time."

"Thanks, Blaze." I said. I really meant it. He usually isn't serious about anything, but I didn't see a hint of joking in his eyes.

"Now come on. We are finding Lily."

"Why? She hates me now." I said, wiping tears off my face.

"Well not for much longer. I am gone for a short time and everything falls apart? It proves I am the only reason everyone gets along."

I gave out a small laugh. He grabbed my hand and led me to Lily's class. She was sitting right in front of the door. Blaze got her attention and waved at her to get out. I'm guessing she is on a bathroom break because she got out.

"Blaze? What are you doing here? Aren't you hurt or something?" She asked.

"Yeah, yeah, but I am an awesome friend. Now you two make up." He said, crossing his arms and tapping his foot.

"What‽ You don't even know what she said about me!"

"Yes I do. Which, by the way, she didn't say it."

"How do you know?"

"Well, let's say that a certain person who was tired of the crap he had to go through told me. And trust me, he would know."

"Well... Who is it?"

"I'm sorry, ma'am, but that is classified information." He said in a fake deep voice. "Look, just make up already."

"But-"

"No buts!" He paused. "God. Never thought I would say that in my life." He mumbled. Lily and I both laughed. I looked at her, and decided I needed to grow some lady-balls and just say sorry.

"Lil, look, I never said any of that. I know you don't have AIDS. And even if you did, I would never say a word of it. I honestly didn't say it."

"I guess that doesn't matter now much anyways. The entire school thinks I have it."

"Are you two good? Because we have to hurry. So be friends, we have to go!"

"Why?" We said at the same time.

"Just follow me!" He said. He started running, so we followed. He brought us into the office.

"What are you doing‽ We can get in serious trouble!"

"Don't worry, they won't be back for a while. I made sure of that. If you want people to know to stop messing with you and your friends, then listen carefully. Me and Lily are going to keep watch. I think you know what song to turn on. And if you don't, I am going to text your cell. It will start playing the song. Turn the volume on. Put the song up on the speakers." He said. He pushed me in the direction of the microphone.

Suddenly my phone went off. I knew what song to play. I went to the mic and started playing it.

So baby stay away from my friends,

'cause I need them to carry me.

When it's over I'll count back from ten

and you can listen to glass hearts shattering.

I could here it going off on the speakers. I let the song play until it was over. Then I took off running with Blaze and Lily right behind me. We got into my car and drove off to go see Zora in the hospital. We were partially laughing, but we were full of relief. Nobody saw us.

We walked into the hospital. We went to Zora's floor and looked for her room. When we were almost there, they were pulling her out in a rush. We ran in to a doctor looking at what I am guessing are reports.

"What happened? Why are they rushing her out?" I asked.

"There has been a... problem." He said cautiously.

"Tell me what happened!" I screamed, taking a few steps towards him.

He took several steps back. "Her heart, um, stopped."

"What? How long?"

"Twenty minutes. It is beating now. We have to run some tests on her. She could be severely harmed from this, or die soon. We need to run a few tests." He said. We all looked at him in shock.

"You should call her parents. They might want to be here."

Half an hour later, me, Lily, Blaze, and Zora's parents were sitting in the waiting room. I couldn't believe this was happening.

"It's my fault." I mumbled. Blaze put his arm around me.

"It isn't your fault. It's the bitches who spread the rumors."

"Yeah but she thought it was my fault. Now if she dies, it will be my fault." I said. He just rubbed my back. Eventually my parents and Felix came and got me. I didn't want to go, but they forced me out. I didn't talk the whole way home, and when we got home, I immediately got in bed.

I can't believe this was happening. And it was all my fault. I eventually fell asleep, crying.

A/N: The song that she played over the school speakers was Stay Away From My Friends by Pierce the Veil. That is what the video was. And yes, I just did that to poor Zora. I can tell you one thing, I nearly cried writing this. I'll update eventually.
