**Hana point of view**
Finally calming down, I started to have a normal conversation with Brooke, "Wait, your telling me that Brianna, Chandler's girlfriend, is in our English class?"
"Mm-hm," she nodded, "I just can't believe you don't know her. She's a huge bitch."
I gasped of horror.
"Brooke, you can't make assumptions like that," I told her, not wanting to be hostile. She rolled her eyes, "and she can't be. That's...wrong. And it's not fair to be so quick to judgements."
"Hana, she stole your fucking boyfriend. And you think that I'm 'making' judgements when its literally a known fact," she asked, disgusted by my statement.
"Oh shut up," I tapped her knee, playfully pretending to slap her.
"Oh, I have her number," Brooke held up her phone while smirking. I furrowed my eyebrows and scoffed, "fine. Why don't I call Chandler and talk to him?"
My eyes widened, "Why would you call Chandler!?"
"Just to talk to him, and ask what happened. To let him explain himself," She paused, "You really don't want to make up with him?"
I put a strand of hair behind my ear, "Of course I do. It's just, I thought he loved me, but he cheated on me Brooke, and if what you're saying is true, he cheated with someone that's shallow and definitely does not actually like him. He didn't love me Brooke," I explained. She crossed her arms.
"We can't know that for sure. That's why," she paused while holding up her phone once again, "we call him?"
I grabbed her phone and gently threw it behind me. She gasped. I furrowed my brows, "He cheated on me, Brooke. We aren't calling him. Clear?"
"Okay, fine," she held her hands up. She walked over to phone and picked it up. As she did, her text tone went off, "No way!"
"What?" I turned to face her.
She laughed with pure disgust, "Want to meet Brianna?"
One of my eyebrows naturally went up with curiosity, "What?"
She smirked, grabbing my hand and dragging me out the door and into her car.
"Where are we going?" I asked. She gestured for me to buckle my seatbelt. I did so, no questions asked. She turned the engine on and began driving.

We pulled into a parking lot. I looked at Brooke with curiosity, and she smirked.
"Where are we, Brooke?" I asked her, slightly rolling my eyes. I studied the parking lot. Many, many cars were parked outside.
"A party," she paused, "Brianna's party."
"No, no, no, no, no," I waved my finger in her face before attempting to snatch the keys, "we're going home."
She yanked the keys from my gentle grip.
"Nope," she nodded with confidence, "Me and you are going to tell Brianna off, so you can have closure and move on from Chandler."
I couldn't tell her no. I wanted to do this. I had to know who Chandler threw away our relationship for. I sighed and quickly jumped out of the car. Brooke followed. I took a deep breath before walking toward the huge, white building. It wasn't a house, so that meant Brianna had the money to reserve a venue.
"Oh great. A whole ass venue," Brooke scoffed.
"And what's wrong with that?" I asked her.
She stopped walking, stopping me as well.
"You know how a said she was a 'bitch?'" She quoted. I nodded, "Yeah, well she's a rich, snobby one."
We walked into the building, immediately hearing the blaring music coming from the dance floor. Upon realizing this, I heard heels clacking the floor in very close in distance. I heard a scoff, and we quieted down.
"Oh, hi Brooke. I didn't think I invited you," I knew exactly who this was. Brianna Maphis. She continued on, "and....? Who are you?"
She glared at me. I slightly hid my face with my shoulders.
"This is Hana," Brooke introduced, "she goes to school with us."
She let out a breathy chuckle, "Oh, I see. Is she too shy to speak?"
I saw Brooke hold back her anger by putting her tongue behind and below her bottom lip.
"She's not shy. She has good reason for staying quiet," Brooke explained. I nudged her, telling her not to say anything. She ignored my gesture, "Her boyfriend cheated on her with you."
Brianna looked at me in shock, "Mo. Chandler would never date someone like you," she paused, an expression of disgust across her face, "You're really bland. You have nothing Chandler would like. Well, actually, maybe thats why he cheated. Huh. Well, sucks to be you I guess."
I was on the verge of tears, feeling sincerely hurt by her words. Brooke was visibly turning red, trying to suppress herself from blowing up. Of course, her efforts failed, "Who do you think you are? You're literally just his eye candy. You mean nothing to him. You had one good night. He's not your boyfriend."
"You sure about that?" Brianna glared.
"Just--stop!" I managed to let out. I quickly ran my fingers through my hair, "Brooke, let's go."
"Oh no, no, no, no, no. Stay, stay. Chandlers coming. I'll bet he'll be so excited to see you," Brianna informed sarcastically. My eyes widened a bit. He would not go to Brianna's party the day we broke up. He would never.
"H-he wouldn't," I complained, feeling sudden tears come upon.
"Well, he is, so," she sassily told me as she turned her head, "I doubt you even dated him."
She marched away and further into the building. At this point, a single tear glided down my cheek. I felt Brooke's arms wrap around me.
"I'm sorry, Hana," she paused, "I expected us to win that fight. I thought this would help. Let's go. "
I shook my head. If there was one thing I realized, it was that Chandler never actually fell for me. It was an act. A stupid one, too. If I was going to tell him off, it was now or never. And I chose now.
"N-no," I brushed Brooke's arms off of me, "We tried to tell off the wrong person. Let's wait until Chandler gets here."
