I strolled through the streets of the Hidden Leaf with my head hung low.
I could hear them...the villagers...It's always the same.
They cursed my existence and did so even in my presence! Is it not enough that I had to shoulder all the blame from the nine-tails rampage?! Most people assume that he was just a mindless beast with no emotions...but I know different.
An Uchiha used the sharingan to bend him to his will and merely as a pawn for revenge.He explained all this when I came across my mind-scape for the first time after a particularly brutal beating.
Over the years we have formed a bond , other than me being simply the container and him the demon residing in me.I've grown to know him as one of my trusted friends.
More like my only true friend. When I was young Kurama would always try to defend me against the attacks of the villagers.

Panting heavily I traveled back to see if everyone made it out okay. Barely able to stand straight I stopped to lean against a tree.
Damn..I don't have enough energy left
"Narutoo!" Startled I looked up and saw Sasuke standing in front of me with worry in his eyes.
"I am alright duck ass." I smirked up at the raven head. "Just used up all my chakra."
Grunting I lowered myself onto the ground. I then continued to explain everything that occurred after I took off in search of the real 'pein'.
