Y/N POV
When I got to my house, I quickly changed for practice, ate lunch, then took care of a couple things.
*After Practice*
Practice was lit!! But my coach and teammates kept asking me about Odell. How do they know already? Nothing happened yet. Its 7:00pm and Odell should be here around 9:00, so I have time to freshen up. I decided to take a shower, do my make up and put on a cute dress(picture). It's 8:30 now so I'm a bit early but hopefully what I'm wear fits where we're going.
Odell's POV
I'm driving to y/n's house and I'm actually really excited about how she's dressed and how the nights going to go. She's so beautiful and just amazing. It's when you can look at someone and just know that they're everything you need. Well I'm here, wish me luck.
Y/N POV
I hear a knock on the door and assume it's Odell,so I grab my purse and answer the door. When I open the door he stares at me with his mouth open.

Y/N - *giggle* what? Oh gosh do I look bad?

Odell - No of course no babe- I mean, no y/n, you look beyond beautiful

Y/N - thanks babe *gives him a smirk*

I noticed he was scared so say babe or baby so I said it to make him feel comfortable. No harm done, I don't think. I lock up and I grab his hand as he guides me to the car. He opens the door for me and makes sure I'm strapped up and closes the door. He walks to his side and when he gets in he looks at me. I blushed and looked down, he simply laughed at me. We hold hands as he's driving and he's rubbing his thumb against my hand. I couldn't help but stare and smile. All this time in the same class and I never thought for once to speak to him.

Y/N - where are we going?

Odell - Don't worry bout it, just relax

I continue staring at the road, trying to figure it out.

Y/N - is it a restaurant?

Odell - No

Y/N - An aquarium?

Odell - No

Y/N - A circus?

Odell - Y/N, No!! Cool it baby, just enjoy the ride, I promise you'll love it

I whined and tried my best to keep quiet. He would occasionally look at me and laugh. We had the music playing and my song "Don't" By Bryson Tiller came on, I was too hype.  Odell looked at me and laughed, he thought it was cute to sing along, I had to shut that down real quick. We ended up at a beach and it was completely empty.

Y/N - Odell, what are you up to? * giving him a slight smirk*

Odell - Put this on for me

Y/N - Do I have to? I hate blindfolds

Odell - You trust me?

Y/N - Yes *bit of a whine*

He puts the blindfold on and I hold his hand tightly. He guides me and I eventually feel like I sunk 2 inches. The sand was getting in my shoes, but I was just excited to see what I had to be blindfolded for.

Odell - Take it off

Y/N - *hit him* Odell this is our first date, nasty

Odell - The blindfolded Y/N *laughs*

Y/N - Oh, right

I took it off and I saw the most beautiful thing in the world. If any women got to see what I'm experiencing right now, they'd cry tears of joy.
This was my view:

Y/N - Oh my gosh Odell, I'm speechless

Odell - Then don't talk, just come on

He grabs me and instructs me to walk down the aisle toward him, as if we were getting married. The vision was so beautiful and I'm so excited. He pulls out my chair and kisses my cheek before walking to his side. I look at the table and there's two boxes of pizza of course cheese and pepperoni. I thought it was so cute that was fancy but the food was pizza. He's such a man but the effort is something I have to appreciation for. We begin talking and I ask a stupid question.

Y/N - I heard you were talking to Kimberly, what happened?

Odell - That's actually my ex, she decided to cheat on me with who I thought was my best friend. She used me for my money and of course plenty of people told me but I just didn't think someone I loved would do that to me. So i guess her cheating was the consequence of my actions. *looks down*

Y/N - *grab his hand and kiss it* I'm glad she cheated, otherwise I wouldn't have met you. Believe me I got you.

Odell - *smiles* we talk as if we've known each other forever

Y/N - I just feel like I can be myself around you, like I'm safe from others *looks down*

Odell reached over the table and kisses my lips. We finish eating and he takes me home. The whole car ride we jam to music, and talk a little. For some reason, being with him makes me feel alive, like I'm not on earth. If that makes sense, it's like he's a dream. I think I can say that tonight was the best night of my life. When I get home he walks me to the door and he gives me one last kiss before leaving. I take my 3rd shower of the day and chill in sweats and my bra.
I wait a little before calling him to make sure he made it home safely. We end up talking until 1:30am and we both have class in the morning, I'm going to be so tired, but I think it's totally worth it. I fall asleep with a smile on my face, can't wait to see him in class.
