Chapter 16: Hey You

Selena's POV:

I know I was standing still. But the room was moving and everything felt slow and blurry.


What the hell?


I think it's starting to kick in. But it feels weird in a good way.


I could see the girls are out of it too.


"Selenaaaa! Come on dance with me!"


Vanessa took my the hand and dragged me to the dance floor.


I felt myself let loose and get into beat with the music. Guys started dancing around us and then the grinding started.


Everyone got sweaty and tired because there were so much people, but we kept on going.


"Hey! I'll be right back I need something to drink!" I yelled thru the music


I walked off stumbling and laughing. I was walking thru the crowd when I get shoved into someone.


"Hey you." I whispered


"Long time no see Gomez." He said with a smile.


"I can say the same. So Justin what have you been up to? Other than following me everywhere?" I say sarcastically


"Ha ha very funny..but mainly thinking about you."


"Oh really? Sounds like a load of bullshit to me."


"Aww baby don't say that." He said while rubbing his hand against my cheek.


"Well you are the one that cheated and if I'm mistaken broke into my house and tried hurting me."


"And that was a big mistake. I'm sorry. Forgive me?" He said with his puppy eyes.


"Uhh I guess."


Really Selena Really?


I can't even think right now. My mind feels like mush and I'm not even fully functioned. Like what the fuck?


This is just fantastic.


"Good. Come on." He grabbed me by the hand and pulled me to the dance floor.


He wrapped his arms around my waist as I wrapped mine around his neck.


We started dancing to the beat and got our bodies to somehow get closer and closer.


Why am I even dancing with him? Didn't he try to hurt me? He even cheated on me. Yet I can't seem to let him go.


I can feel his breath on my neck as his face gets closer and closer to mine.


I feel like I can't stop myself. I can't even see straight let alone think right. It's that shit that I took earlier.


I finally see his face inches away from mine.


He starts leaning in and before I know it his lips press softly against mine.


"Selena?" I pull away from the kiss only to see Dylan with a heart broken expression.


Dylan's POV:


I left the guys before even taking 3 shots. For some reason I'm just not in the mood to get drunk.


"Alright guys see ya later!" I walked out of the private section and passed by the dance floor.


I look around the room to spot that familiar sweet looking face. Is that her?


I feel my feet go towards where I saw Selena and my eyes search like crazy.


Where are you?


There you are.


I feel my lips curl up as I get closer and closer that is until I see her with that asshole.


I watch as they dance and he has his hands all over her.


Then there it is. He kisses her.


What? Did I really just see that?


I can feel all my jealousy anger and sadness rise inside me. I notice my hands and jaw clench. I'm holding in tears and screams.


"Selena?" I let out a whimper

Her head whips to my direction, and her smile turns into a blank expression.
