Chapter 23: Hi Again

Selena's POV:

(Continuing from last chapter)

I start walking back to my car until I realize I left my keys in the studio. Smart idea Selena.

Feeling my phone vibrate, I take it out of my purse looking intensley at the screen.

Where are you? Hurry up! I got a little surprise. X

I feel my lips curve up that is until I feel my face smash into someone's arm.

An angry loud voice echoed through my ears.

"Hey! Watch i-"

I look up to meet with his chocolate golden orbs. They're so gorgeous..

"Well if it isn't Miss. Gomez." He said with a cute smirk.

Silent. It was like I never learned to speak.

"Well?" He says shaking my shoulders. Pulling me into a hug.

Almost immediately I felt as if being in his arms made me go weak.

"I feel like I haven't seen you in so long." He said into my ear.

I awkwardly put my arms around his waist and gave him a soft hug inhaling his addictive scent.

"Hi Dylan..." I finally said.

"Now you remember me.." He was hinting about that night at the hospital.

We pulled apart making me feel a little weird.

"So.." I look up at him.

"What are you doing here?" He asks.

"Oh um I'm just recording, you know just trying to get back on my feet." I look away

"Nice. I hope that's going good so far."

"Thanks. So what about you?" I ask.

"Oh just filming the 4th season."

"Seems like fun.."

"Not when you have a controlling bitch of a girlfriend." He said rubbing his neck.

I looked up at him and our eyes met after minutes of trying to resist.

We both went silent and I could see desperation in his eyes.

Finally he broke the silence.

"So do you maybe want to get some lunch right now? That is if you have time. I don't want to push you into going or anything." He rambled on.

I laughed at his nervousy.

"Umm..sure. I guess, why not."

What? Don't judge. I felt as if I couldn't say no.


Dylan's POV:

Surprisingly she said yes. My body filled with happiness.

Maybe this is my chance to get her back. Everything could go back to the way it was.

I saw snapping fingers in front of my face.

"Anyone there?" She smiled and put her hand down.

"Sorry just thinking."

"So are we gonna go or what cause I'm starving." She said

"Yeah come on lets go." I said walking towards my car.

I could see her walking behind me out of the corner of my eye.

"So you wanna car pool or just follow me there?" I ask

"I-uh- Let's car pool."

"Okie dokie well just hop in."

I started the car and tried to think of where to go until it finally popped in.

I started the car and drove off. Thinking about my plan.
