   Byakuya's Point of view~

As Genocide Jack and I cautiously ventured into the forest, the canopy above us blocked most of the sunlight. It left us cold and unaware of our surroundings. Genocide Jack swung her scissors carelessly around my face, almost injuring me a second time. "Careful with those." I growled. "Ugh I can't see anything!" She complained. It grew silent as we proceeded deeper into the forest. As we walked, I stared down at the ground and tried to think of a 'worst case scenario' for the cause of my family's end. "OHOHO! Master I found a clearing!" She said in a singsong voice. I lifted my head to find a wide, overgrown, sunny clearing in the middle of the forest. "Haha! It's so warm!!" The serial killer pranced around in the sun, tripping on the occasional root or rock. "Hehe! Master, come join me!" She giggled. I grunted and stepped out into the clearing. "If you want me to dance with you, then I'll have to decline your offer." I mumbled. "Dance? Danceeee...?!" She cackled. "I wasn't planning on it but thanks for the suggestion!" I pinched the bridge of my nose, avoiding my glasses and sighed. "Besides, I bet a nerd like you doesn't even know how to dance considering you have your head in those books 24/7!" She stuck her long tongue out at me and began laughing yet again. "Watch your mouth. You have no right to treat your higher-ups with such vulgarity." I grunted and reached over to grab her hands. She dropped the scissors she had been flailing around and looked up at me. She smiled her devilish smile and waited for me to take the lead. I slowly swung her back and forth, being careful not to lose my balance on the uneven ground, or let her fall as well. "Looks like I was wrong! You're pretty good at this Master!"  She giggled. I spun her around and held her against my chest. "A-achoo!" She looked up at me and blushed. "M-master what are you- where are we?" She asked shyly. "Well Genocide Jack and-" "Did s-she steal one of the precious moments I could've h-had with you, Master?" She shrilled. "I suppose you could say that." I smirked. "But don't worry my dear, we'll have so many more together." My smirk then turned into a grin, then the grin turned into a wide, genuine smile. Her blush intensified. "Touko I-" "You two." Touko and I spun around. "What are you doing?" Kyoko stood there, seriousness plastered onto her face. "I thought you were supposed to be exploring east. If we want to survive on this island together as a group, we need to work together and cooperate. We need to do our parts." "..." Touko and I fell silent. "Let's go." Kyoko then led us back to the front of the school that we once attended. She moved swiftly as we lagged behind a few feet. "Kyoko, I admire your investigative skills and all, but just because you have them doesn't make you our leader." She turned around and walked up to me. "Fine. For all you know, you're just going to end up killing yourself if you act that way. So I suggest you stop now." She flipped her hair in my face and returned to the pace she was walking previously. "Y-you whore!" Touko shouted angrily at Kyoko. "Settle down Touko." I commanded as we walked out of the forest.
