Byakuya's Point of view~
As we arrived to meet the others, I sighed deeply and glared at each of them. "So why exactly did you summon us here again?" I asked annoyed. "Well..." Makoto lingered. "As Kyoko and I were exploring, we discovered multiple buildings that seem brand new!" "We found a library, diner, pharmacy, and a beach house." Kyoko cut in. "There's also a bridge that Yasuhiro and I discovered! It seems to be going to another island!" Asahina exclaimed. I shook my head in disbelief and began to walk away. "Byakuya! Don't you wanna check it out?!" Yasuhiro shouted to me. "I'd rather not." I mumbled and picked up my pace. "M-master!" Touko ran to catch up with me. I sighed again and sat out of view from the others on a nearby large rock laying in the hot, dry, sand. A lump began to form in my throat. "A-as to think this was finally over..." I said quietly to myself. "But this nightmare has only just begun..." My voice quivered uncontrollably. I placed my head in my hands and began to silently cry. "M-m-master... I...-" Touko whispered. "Why can't you just leave me alone?!? Do you not understand that I need privacy?!" I shouted at her and pointed in the direction of the group. "Just do me favor and leave me alone!" Tears streamed down my face as I proceeded to chuck my glasses into the sand. Touko ran away as fast as her frail little legs could carry her, afraid of making me any more upset then I already was. I choked and spat, crying like a little child. "I-is this what my family would've wanted of me..?" I cried. I screamed at the top of my lungs. "T-Touko!!!" I gagged on my own saliva and fell to my knees. I clenched the sand tightly in my fists and screamed again. "Touko!!!" I wiped the tears away with my sleeve, then threw a weak fist at the ground. Soon enough, I got off the ground and dusted the sand off my clothes. I took deep breaths. "Breathe Byakuya. Calm yourself." I instructed myself. I began pacing around the large rock, attempting to make myself less flustered. As soon as I felt confident enough to include myself back into the group, I returned to the front of the school. The sun slowly began to set and the sky was a beautiful orangish pink. As I returned I noticed that the five others had kindled a small fire in which everyone was huddled around. I silently sat on the sand beside Touko and gently placed my arm around her. She shyly wrapped her arms around my waist and pressed her head against my chest. I softly kissed her head and swayed back and forth, lulling Touko to sleep. However, I, on the other hand sat wide awake, listening to the calm crackling of the fire. "Should we call it a night then?" Kyoko whispered. I nodded and lay beside Touko. "...'Night Touko." I whispered. "I love you." I wrapped my arm around her and kissed the back of her head. Yasuhiro stood up and put out the fire. Soon enough, I fell into a light sleep.
