Byakuya's Point of View~
I sat, hunched over on a large rock in the middle of the overgrown forest. "Nngh..." I groaned. "My side hurts... My heart... Hurts..." I thought to myself. "Did she really lie to me about what Yasuhiro did so she could include some humor into her day?" I sighed heavily. "She knows I love her... Right...?" I shook my head and sat perfectly still. "H-hey Byakuya..." By the tone of his voice, I knew exactly who it was. "What are you doing so deep into the forest?" "What do you need, Makoto?" I growled, wanting to be alone. Makoto slowly slid onto the rock beside me and examined my face. "You look distraught, what's up?" I slowly turned my head and looked at him. "Y-you know, you don't have to tell me but I-" I hugged him tightly. "Thank you..." I whispered. Makoto lightly wrapped his arms around me. "For what?" He questioned. "For caring..." I bit my lip to prevent myself from crying. "Y-you can let it out if you'd like..." I shook my head. "Are you alright Byakuya?" I shook my head again. I then sat up and sighed. "You should probably get going, the others might be worried about you..." I growled. "You're right... I should get going... I just want you to know that I'll always be here for you if you need someone to talk to..." The lump in my throat returned, so large it began choking me. "N-no Byakuya... Don't cry..." I reassured myself. "Everything's gonna be alright..." I took a deep breath. "Gah!!!" I threw my fists onto the solid boulder in anger. "Fuck" I screamed.
Time Skip~
I woke up and yawned, then stretched out my arms. "Finally, you're awake." I jumped and slid off the rock onto the mossy ground. Kyoko stood there, towering above me, holding out a friendly hand. I accepted it and she pulled me up with great force back onto the boulder. She gestured her hand for me to sit beside her, so I did so. "Makoto said you were upset, what's up?" She placed her arm around my shoulders. "Everyone hates me... That's all..." I stared at the ground shamefully. "I don't hate you, Makoto doesn't hate you, Asahina doesn't either. Yasuhiro's still a little shaken up from earlier and Touko loves you." Kyoko laughed. "It's unlike you to have a smile forced upon your face." I grumbled. "Too bad it's real huh?" I looked up at her. "Tell me what's up."
I explained my whole life story, including every little detail I could remember in which they remained intact. Kyoko looked into my eyes. "Byakuya, it's alright now, you always have us and that's all that matters." Kyoko slid closer to me, then softly placed her lips upon mine. I sat there, frozen in shock. I then quickly pulled away. "W-what the?!?" I wiped my mouth and spat on the ground. I looked back up at her in disgust. "I take it you don't feel the same way huh...?" She frowned. "That's alright..." I stood up and walked back to camp, trying to forget the events that just took place.
