At that moment it wasn't fear what he felt nor pain or sadness.

What he felt was an irrepressible rage slowly taking over, consuming him like he didn't believe possible.

There in the ground where he stood, he moved his eyes to focus on that man; the one who lied to him. Who betrayed him. Who robbed him of his freedom pretending to be his friend.

His eyes, he could feel tears gathering. His arms shaking uncontrollably. Adrenaline rising like flames though every muscle, every tendon, every inch of his body was one big weapon waiting to strike.

But even so, he was helpless. With a body's weight over his and a barrage of weapons aiming straight at him, all he could do was scream and struggle to no avail.

And then the man he had come to despise spoke again "Thank you, I will handle him from here on out." His eyes grew dark and the sadness he had initially displayed was gone, only an ominous expression remained.

Following his command, the troops forcefully brought Jey over to a dark blue car and sat him behind so as to make him visible to the driver himself.

The car had the name of the city drawn across the front door. Around it was a symbol and over it were sirens of green and blue lights.

That man, Mr. Loui proceeded inside and, closing the door, he started the engines.

Jey's glare hadn't disappeared. His anger didn't leave him either, instead it grew more ferocious with every minute that passed.

In front of him was a dark glass and in the other side was the one who ruined him. Around him was the magnificent sight of a floating city. And beneath him were the wheels that carried him down a new life of captivity.

Yet in all that rage and confusion Jey felt, he only had one thing on his mind; his father.

Where was he? How could he abandon his own son? How long would it be until he saw his father again?

It pained him deeply. He had spent years waiting for his father's safe return, but hearing Mr. Loui speak about him served to once again ignite those long lost feelings stronger than ever before.

He couldn't take it anymore, couldn't take being the only one in the dark. Couldn't take any more secrets. Couldn't bare being left alone again.

With his heart already near broken Jey asked "Is he.......still alive?"

   No response.

A while passed and the driver wouldn't speak a single word.

Jey began to grow restless, he felt as though his words had no meaning. As if he knew the answer all along; knew he'd never see his father again.

But then, after waiting anxiously, the man began "Your father, he's alive. He's.....listen he's not the type of man you think him to be. It would do you well to take my advice and stay away from him."

Before Jey even had the chance to react to Mr. Loui's words the car stopped and he said "we're here."

   They had arrived.
