Trevor's POV:
"Trey, why can't you remember me?" April's asked me."It was Dad. He made the pack doctor make a potion for me to forget you. After you punched me last year, he immediately called me through the link and told me to reject you." I explained.
"Oh." was all she said.
"After that, I never remembered you. All I thought that you were some crazy chick that happens to want to punch your future Alpha." I continued.
I pinch her cheeks and she snuggled close to me. It feels so right.
"But your Dad might hate me." my mate protested.
"I AM the new Alpha. He can't hurt us now." I insisted.
April's POV:
True to his word, Trevor's Dad didn't bother me much.He just spent most of his days being grumpy and mean. At least not in the worst sense.
A month passed and Trevor marked me. It was a beautiful experience for both of us since he waited for me on my 17 birthday.
Father and Mother was there when he proposed. And I've never been happier.
THREE YEARS LATER...
"Grampa, grampa!!!" the kids shouted at him.Yes. We had kids, they're twins. Clay and Cassie.
I watched as both of my kids ran to their grandfather, Harris. It's been years since he finally moved on completely from his loss.
The moment he saw those twins, he fell in love with them. He started talking to me and Trevor forgave him, eventually.
Everything was perfect now. It's the first day of Spring. The very first day that I'm celebrating my birthday where everyone was present and there's no more hatred.
'Just love...' Trevor said through the soul mate link.
'Just love.' I agreed.
