"What happened, Dear?" Tom lead Marinette to a chair and sat her down. "You've been home for 5 minutes only and you come back with your guy friend?"

"Dad.." She trailed off, taking the ice pack from her mother. "I had a flashback! And I think it was how I got into the accident."

Tom and Sabine's eyes widened at the news. "What happened?"

"Well, I saw myself running towards the road, covering my face and crying."

"Crying? Why were you crying?" Tom asked. Sabine and Marinette turned to him with a 'are you serious?' look. He scratched his nape and let out a nervous chuckle. "Right...amnesia."

"It's good that your getting your memories back, sweety. But, whatever that made you cry that day may come back to you." Sabine tucked a few strands of Marinette's hair away.

"Whatever that was, mama. I'm sure I can handle it." Marinette smiled and held her mum's hand. "But if it doesn't, Super Baker will kill them!" Tom appeared from beneath the table with a knife.

"Tom!"

"Dad!"

"It's fake!" Tom whined, breaking the knife in half and showing it to the two women. "Whoops!" They both giggled as Tom rolled his eyes.

"You should go get some rest." Marinette nodded and ran up to her room. She took a quick bath again and jumped into bed with her PJ's. She soon drifted into a deep sleep.

She had a dream. But what she didn't know, it was a memory.

Marinette laid in her bed with a book in her hand. Sitting on top it was a red blur. "You don't look 5000 years old." She said as she scratched a red blur. It giggled.

"Well, I'm not! I'm older than that. I'm the Kwami that watched over every single Ladybug since the very beginning!" It exclaimed.

"You must have known much less klutzy Ladybugs than me, right?" She asked.

"Every Ladybug is different." It said.

"Yeah, that's what I thought." Marinette looked down disappointedly.

It suddenly flew up to Marinette, grabbed her nose making Marinette look at her. "Marinette! You are different. But different as in surprising, unpredictable and enduring... And very talented! You learn fast!" It exclaimed as it floated in mid air.

"Really?" Marinette giggled. "Yes." It replied. Marinette put her hands under it and brought it up to her lips, placing a little kiss on it's forehead.

Marinette immediately shot up from bed. She panted. Another memory which means another head ache. "Why do memories have to be so painful...literally." She grumbled as she went to her drawers to get some pills to settle her head ache.

"Ladybug? What's that?" She murmured. She opened her drawers to see that same Chinese themed box.
