Chapter Two
Dad apparated Draco and I to Diagon alley.
"Wow." I gasped.
"What are you wowing about? You've seen Diagon Alley before." Draco asked.
"Yeah, but not for Hogwarts." I answered, smiling at the whole alley.
"Where should we go first?" father asked.
"We should go get our wands!" Draco said excitedly.
"I suppose." father said, striding towards Olivander's.
We walked through the doors to find mr. Olivander waiting for someone to come in.
"Lucius Malfoy, how long it's been." Olivander grinned.
"Good morning Olivander." father said quickly.
"What may I help you with today, Lucius?" the old man asked.
"I need wands for my children." dad answered.
"Alright, which one first." mr. Olivander asked.
"Me!" Draco said, pushing harshly away.
"Ow!" I cried, running to grab dad's waist.
"Draco!" dad hissed, but draco was too busy getting his wand.
"Ten inches precisely, Hawthorn wood and with a unicorn hair core... Very flexible." Olivander said before handing my brother his wand.
I was amused by the brightness of the green light that came out of the wand Draco held.
"That's your wand." Olivander said cheerfully.
"Now, you, my dear, will be a hard one to place this year. you are very smart and intellectual, but you're also ambitious and cunning." Olivander said, now turned towards me.
"What?" I asked, staring at the crazy, old man.
"You are a very confusing child to guess what kind of wand that would chose you... Which makes me assume that you will be uneasily sorted." he responded before heading back to the selves full of wands.
After about three minutes of searching Olivander let out a faint gasp before heading towards me.
"This, Ms. Malfoy... Is a very special wand... Crafted by Salazar Slytherin with the feather of Rowena Ravenclaw's hippogriff.
"Ten and a half inches, cherry tree, and hippogriff feather." he said while handed me the wand.
The moment the wand made contact with my skin there was an extreme feel of power, flowing through my veins and a brilliant flash of turquoise flooding the room.
And all at once I was thrown against a wall.
"Mckenzie!" dad called before I blacked out.

"-should be able to leave when she wakes up." said a female voice.
"Thank you." two voices, that I recognised as my parents', said in harmony.
Then I heard footsteps walking away.
Followed by someone standing up. That person was lighter than the one who had just stood up.
"I can't believe Olivander wants her to have that bloody wand!" the familiar voice of my twin growled.
"Language, Draco." mum hissed.
"But mum, aren't you upset, or at least worried? They said, she. Could. Have. DIED!" Draco yelled.
"Yes, but she didn't. Be glad Draco, be glad that she did not die." my father snapped.
The same person that stood up previously, Draco, was now heading towards me... Or more like my bed.
Once the footsteps stopped I opened my eyes and said "Boo!" all in one fatal swoop, causing Draco to squeal like a five year old witch.
Mum held her hand over her mouth to cover her smile while dad chuckled openly.
"Come on, Draco. It was just a little joke." I smirked.
"Olivander was right, you are evil." Draco snapped while I smirked at him.
