"Ow, put me down you jerk! This isn't comfortable!" I scolded, he didn't seem to mind.
Eventually I heard a door creak open and began trembling. Oh please don't let him hurt me.
I was so focused on what he might do to me that I didn't notice he put me down and was staring at me.
"Lex. Lex. Lex!"
"What?!" I shouted, quite annoyed by his tone towards me.
He was standing by the door as if expecting me to run. Okay, maybe I would have.
"Don't use that attitude on me! I have power over you and I demand respect!"
"I demand respect." I said in a mocking tone.
He swiftly jolted towards me, which made me have a panic attack.
Chris took my face in his hands, tilting it up so my eyes were locked with his.
"Don't you dare sass me! It won't be pretty, that I can assure you!" I whimpered slightly and backed up a step.
I kept walking backwards to get as far away from him as I could until I bumped into the wall.
He lurked towards me until he was practically pressed up right against me. Chris lifted my chin and had a menacing look that made me want to scream, so I did just that..
"Dean!" I screeched.
"H-he" before I could finish Chris put his hand over my mouth and held me tightly against the wall. I tried to move but he had such a strong grip it was even starting to hurt.
Thankfully, Dean charged in, slamming the door open, which did cause me to jump.
He instantly pulled Chris off me and stood in front of me, almost possessively. I felt so safe and comforted.
"What the hell did you do, I want an answer, now!" Dean shouted.
"I refuse to be forced to say anything." Chris said sternly.
Chris usually got his way. They both had an equal amount of power in this house. Of course, I being the youngest and only girl got the lower ranking and have no control over anything.
I tensed up, afraid of the outcome of this argument.
Dean sighed. "I don't want you scaring her if she's already unfortunate enough to have to be stuck with us, for we don't even know how long!"
"I just walked towards her, I didn't yell or anything! She probably just got nervous because she's a girl."
"What exactly does being a girl have to do with anything?!" I yelled just as I stepped out from behind Dean.
"You're right, most girls wouldn't scream, only you would."
"What is that supposed to mean?" I said with a demanding tone.
"Everyone needs to stop! This is ridiculous, we're only making matters worse than they need to be." Dean said with a hint of frustration.
I started to back up again behind Dean until Chris grabbed me and pulled me forward. Surprisingly it was a lot more gentle than I expected.
I looked up and his eyes were full of admiration rather then the death glare I've gotten a lot lately from him. I think he's trying to be nice now.
"Lex, I'm sorry, can we just talk?" He soothed as he tucked a strand of hair behind my ear.
I nodded.
Chris gestured Dean to go out of the room and I gave Dean an approving look. He walked out warily and shut the door behind him.
Chris stared at me for a moment and I shook a bit.
"Don't worry, I'd never hurt you."
I put my head down because for some reason that sounded cute for him to say. He kissed me on the top of my head, which I assumed was his apology for this whole situation.
He gently lifted my head up and said "babe, you have to keep your pretty little face up or that tiara of yours will fall down."
In all honesty, no matter how corny that may sound, it was by far the cutest thing that anyone has said to me.
My stomach fluttered with butterflies, he is seriously perfect.
"Lex, are you-"
I didn't stop to listen to what he was about to say, I just got on my toes and kissed him. It would've been a lot better if I could reach but that was good enough.
Realizing what I had just done, I shyly walked away. That was way beyond my comfort zone, or so I thought.
Just as I was about to open the door, two large hands grabbed both sides of my waist and picked me up. Sometimes I really do feel like a little kid. I was turned around and Chris looked at me with a huge smile. He took my legs and wrapped them around his waist and stared right into my eyes.
It was starting to become awkward until his face got closer and he kissed me and I felt my back hit a wall as the kiss became more passionate. You could say it turned into a make out session.
We both pulled apart to catch our breath and Chris put me down.
"Babe, if that's what you wanted this whole time, you should have just said so." He said with the smirk he's probably known for.
I blushed majorly.
He chuckled knowing I was embarrassed and grabbed my hand, leading me down stairs. All I could think about was how this boy was all I could ever ask for, and more.
