We finished both Peter Pans and both decided we were a little hungry, we wandered down the stair case and into their massive kitchen, everything you could see was shiny. As Josh went to get ingredients out of the shelves I sat down on one of the island stools and watched Josh cook.

"Pasta?" I nodded "It is one of my specialities." Josh said with a cocky smirk on his face.

"By specialities does that mean it's your only dish you can make." I teased as he started to chop up some tomatoes, and garlic.

"Ha ha" he said sarcastically, "my mom actually taught me lots of different dishes."

"Awh that must have been fun, how old were you?" I say now interested in Josh's upbringing.

"Around 8, we always use to cook a meal for dad when he came home." Whilst doing this he started putting all the ingredients together and started adding different meats and pasta shapes.

"That's sweet"

"Yeah, dad always raised eyebrows when he didn't enjoy it and when he did he didn't really speak. Most of the time it was delicious but then when mom gave me a bit more responsibility then normal I always messed it up, mom didn't mind though. Even it was burnt and there was salt instead of sugar in there she would still tell me it was yummy." Josh was smiling as he said this, I realised if he mentions his dad he tenses and his eyebrows are scrunched whereas if he talks about his mom he's relaxed and happy.

"I remember when I was younger mom, dad and I had a cupcake competition and it ended up into a massive food fight, it was so funny Dad was walking to get a towel and slipped over a fallen cupcake, be fell onto his back and mom and I just ambushed him with vanilla frosting until he was covered head to toe." This was one of the best moments I have ever had with my mom and dad.

Josh laughed as he put the pasta into two bowls, passing one over to me as he said "For you madam," I giggled as we went back upstairs cinema and started to watch Josh's favourite Disney film Robin Hood (animated) I had seen this one before it's such a good film.

Unaware of the time we just sat watching Robin Hood and eating pasta with the company of eachother.
