Chapter 5: SIOPEIVT +

Annabeth's POV

It's been 4 months since we got married. We are moving into our new house today. It's just about 1 km from camp. We wanted to be near it just in case.

"Percy, help me carry this. I don't feel well today," The theme of the house was gray, seagreen, and white, of course.

"Okay, coming," As I give the box to him, I almost drop it, "Are you sure you're okay? Maybe you should just sit on the couch."

"But Percy, there is no couch," I reply teasingly while laughing at him.

"Oh, right," he replies. I give him a light kiss on the cheek, "But I do feel kind of bad I'm just gonna sit on the chair okay?"

"Okay. Don't vomit on it it's just new," he jokes.

I get the ambrosia and nectar capsules (yes they're capsules now) and take one. I feel better but still really bad nauseous. I rest my head on the table as Percy and the movers bring in each box going back and forth from the car.

"Here, Annabeth a pillow," Percy hands me a pillow that was supposed to go on the couch, "Hey guys! Can we move the bed in here now."

I smile at him, he is the sweetest guy ever. "Thanks seaweed brain. What is that smell? Can you smell that?"

"Smell what? I can't smell anything."

"It smells like someone painted the whole house with ten layers of paint," I think I'm having a feeling that I might be.....

Then my thoughts get cut off as I find myself running to the bathroom and vomit in the toilet bowl. I hear Percy follow behind me.

"Annabeth! Are you okay? What did you eat?" He asks me again, worried.

"Yes I'm fine," while I was vomiting, my eyes teared up so I sniff my nose to prevent it from running, "Can you just get the pregnancy tests Leo sent to us as a joke when he caught me sleeping in your cabin?"

"Wait so you're saying that you're--"

"Percy, just get it already!" I interrupt. A moment late Percy is back with the pregnancy tests. "Thank you, can you leave me alone for a while?" I ask him and he shuts the door.

Good thing I have to pee, so I sit on the toilet bowl, and after I've peed, I dip the tests in it.

SIOPEIVT +

I can't read it but I'm pretty sure that that's a positive. I can't believe I'm pregnant, we've only been married for 4 months! I'm scared of how he'll react. What if he thinks that he's not the father?

"Can I come in? What happened." Percy knocks on the door. I finally answer him a minute later, composing myself first on what to tell him, "Yes you can." He comes inside and when I see his face, I start crying a bit, so I hug him.

"What happened?" He asks again, his hands rubbing both my arms, "Why are you crying?"

I look on the floor then straight into his seagreen eyes. "Percy, I'm pregnant."

"Annabeth! But--" I cut him off before he could get mad at me. "I know, I'm sorry. I can explain."

"That's not what I was going to say. That's great news! We're going to be parents." He smiles at me.

"You're not mad?" I eventually become relieved, so I start to relax my shoulders.

"Wise girl, you're starting to become unwise," he smiles sympathetically again at me.

"But....what if. What if we're not ready. What if something happens?" I ask him, surprised that he's happy about it. He is the most positive guy ever! I'm so happy I married him!

"C'mon, we've been through so many quests. And we're not ready for this?" He himself was surprised that I thought he would get mad. "Let's come out of the bathroom. Also, stop crying. You become ugly when you cry." This immediately lifts up my sprits.

I smile at him. "Thank you Percy, for always being there for me."
