Chapter 26

Rebeca's P.O.V.

''Text me as soon as you land, and you better spam me with pictures and videos!'' Sophie told me and gave me a hug.

''I will I promise.'' I ensured her and returned the hug. This was the day. I was leaving Australia to pursue my dreams in America. My only contact with the boys was Calum. He told me Mikey doesn't know that I'm coming. He said that after what happened nobody had the balls to tell him. I was hurting really badly...After I finished my skype call with Michael that evening, I called Sophie and she came over.

*flashback*

''Shh Rebeca, you will be okay. He didn't mean it.'' Sophie said and hugged me tighter. I was sobbing into her shirt like a waterfall. I was hurting. He broke me completely..If he meant it or not.

''I don't care If he meant it or not....I don't care about anything anymore.'' I sniffed. I stood up and crossed my arms on my chest. ''I'm done with boys...like for good.''

''Oh okay..hah..don't be silly now. Rebeca you are hurt and so is he. You two will get back together I know it. I think-''

''OH MY GOD SOPHIE! Look around you! Open your eyes! Don't you realize what have I done? I lied to him and broke him!'' I turned around and yelled. ''And now I'm standing here and being pathetic about it!'' I paced around my room and threw my hands in the air.

''You know what? He actually isn't innocent himself! He was with Alice...that fucking whore!! He blames me for Jake..nothing even happened for fucks sake!...and he is blaming me for being easy while he was too busy fucking Alice!''

''Okay Rebeca calm down! You are overreacting!'' Sophie said and stood up. ''You were both pathetic, and now you are trying to replace your hurt with anger. Don't do it, because you will make things worse, not only just for you, but for him as well. Don't you realize where are you going in a couple of days? You are going to fucking America to your now ex boyfriend to preform with him! Pull your shit and emotions together or you will ruin yourself and him too! And I'm not coming with you so I won't be able to tell you 'I told ya' when you figure out you are a fucking idiot!''

I was standing there, watching her with my mouth open.

''It will be hard Sophie...Alice is there too and I can't stand her. I'll break eventually...I won't be able to focus on my career.''

Sophie shook her head and looked at me. ''There is a way.''

''What do you mean?'' I looked at her.

She came to me and put her hand on my shoulder.

''You'll need to shut down your emotions.''

*end of flashback*

''Are you ready pumpkin?'' My dad asked me and hugged me.

''Oh dad quit the nickname!'' I chuckled. ''I'm ready. I'll call you as soon as I land. There is nothing to worry about.''

He nodded and kissed my forehead. ''I'm so proud of you.''

I smiled back ''Thank you dad...for everything.''

And with that I left.

''Where are you going?'' Michael asked me while I was putting on my shoes.

''I um..out.'' I blurred.
