Marco's POV:
"Marco how long is Sascha going to be? I'm getting impatient here." Marcel breathed out in a heavy and evident sigh of annoyance as he stuffed the remains of his breadstick inside his mouth, causing me to roll my eyes. Even when we're out at a restaurant, he still seems as if he has no table manners, let alone patience with my agent. But he can't be blamed really, I agreed with Sascha to meet us – myself, Marcel and Robin – here at eight o'clock and now it is quarter past. Not a great impression as an agent, I know. "Why is he never ever on time?"
With a shrug of the shoulders I took a mouthful of drink, looking at my two friends across of the table we were sat at. "I don't know..." I shrugged. "Perhaps traffic's a little bad tonight."
The moment those words escaped my lips, I noticed Robin looking at me with his eyebrows raised, a look of disbelief upon him. "Traffic Marco, traffic...really?" To which I simply was to just nod my head at him simply, grabbing a breadstick to eat. "Oh come on man, it's eight at night. It's not like it's rush hour where everyone's trying to get home, stop making excuses."
"Yeah I guess you're right." I breathed out, accepting the fact that my friends were right, as I chewed on the breadstick. But all whilst I did so I noticed both Marcel and Robin impatiently tapping their feet against the chairs, forcing me to sigh in annoyance. "Look, if he isn't here in ten minutes then I'll give him a call ok? He has to have some excuse on why he's so late."
"It wouldn't be the first time he's done this." Marcel hummed into the air, forcing all of my attention to draw onto him. "I mean come on, what you have to say to him tonight is quite a big deal if I'm honest. It's about your career, and he as your agent, the man you pay to look after your career isn't here." I shook my head and sighed at how rude and misunderstanding this man was being. But then again and in some sort of way, did he maybe have a point in it?
I was unable to give it a second thought though as right in that moment my attention was to be drawn to the restaurant we were sat within, and other towards a man. Yes, it was Sascha if you may wonder, and a rather stressed and flushed looking Sascha at that. So all due to it, I found myself frowning concerned. "Hey man you ok?" Questioning him my eyes narrowed.
"Let's just say that I came into a near collision on the way here, due to some idiot pulling out in front of me at the roundabout." All from the tone of Sascha's voice, I could easily tell how annoyed he was. And let me tell you now, when this man is angry, usually nothing good can ever come from it. "It was my right of way but the fool couldn't wait until I had passed him."
"Hey man, relax." Marcel chuckled a little, taking a sip of his drink. "It happens all the time, I get it daily around here. Some people have no patience and that won't change, there's not a single thing we can do about it." Shrugging as he spoke, I couldn't help but agree with him.
But of course with Sascha's bad mood having already kicked in, there wasn't anything any of us could say to him to make this better. This is the only down side of my agent. "That isn't at all the point though. Some people need to be more careful, this is how crashes are caused!"
"Alright, alright, come on." Robin stepped in. "Just take a deep breath, have a drink Sascha."
"You'll feel better after that." I smiled at him, and he just simply nodded his head at me in a way of response. Taking the menu from on the table and having a look. I decided it was just to be best to leave it really, leave him to deal with it himself. Thus, with that I picked up one of the menus myself, looking through it on what to eat. "So, what's everyone having then?"
"Well I think we all know what I'm having." Marcel chuckled, and as I looked at him I was to already notice him placing the menu back down again. "We come here all the time Marco, I always get the same. Chicken breast with potatoes and a salad." He laughed. "Like Robin."
