Chapter 2

Zak," Oh, ok. You know you could have just told me that and then left.' Alex," Oh." Zak," Yeah if you told me that you need space I won't have been mad." Alex," Yeah, I guess." the words drift off as she looks sadly away from him, he puts his hand lightly under her chin and softly lifts her head up to look at him," You will be ok." She smiles a bit," Hey Zak." Zak," Yes?" Alex pulls him and hugs him," I'm sorry for leaving." Zak hugs her back," No it's fine, I get it you need space." he leans back from her and he reaches behind the pulls and pulls out a box of cigarettes and a lighter, he takes one out of the box and put the box back, he puts it in his mouth, he lights it and puts the lighter back, he inhales he takes it out of his mouth then inhales again then exhales, Alex takes it from him and takes a hit off of it, she hands it back and he puts it back in his mouth," So what do you want to do, I can't really walk around so." Alex," Just want to sit around and watch tv?" Zak," Yeah sure." he slowly sits up.

~later~

Zak and Alex are sitting on the couch watching tv still, Alex gets up and walks over to the bathroom. About thirty minutes or so later she hasn't come back when he hears a loud thud come from the bathroom, he gets up fast and runs to the bathroom, he tries to open the door but it's locked, he kicks in the door on the floor unconscious is Alex next to her is an open bottle of pills, he he drops the the floor next to her, and checks to see if she's still alive, she's still breathing, he ;picks her up, struggling because all the pain he's in, and carries her to the couch and softly lays her there.

~A few days later~

A few hours later she wakes up on the couch, she groans and uses her arms to sit herself up, Zak walks over," Your awake." He says pissed, Alex frowns, Zak," Don't give me that." she turns herself facing him, she pushes herself up with her arms, but then falls to the floor, Zak runs over and helps her up onto the couch, zak," What happen?" he says mad but worried, Alex," I can't feel my legs."

~few days later~

Alex is up and walking around. Zak walks into the living room when his phone goes off, he pulls it out of his pocket and answers it, Roman," Zak hey." Zak looks around and sees Alex Standing in the kitchen, he turns his back to her," What is it?" Roman," I think I'm actually starting to catch feelings for Alex... like legitimate love feelings. I don't know what to do." Zak," Dude you fucked up..." He looks over at Alex," But i'll help you."
