We arrive at the hospital almost an hour later to find several officers looking a bitter mixture if angry and pitiful and an older officer pacing back and forth yelling loudly at them. I take one last glance at them before running to the lady at the front desk, Michael, Taraji, Janet, and Beyonce following quickly behind me.

"Excuse m-"

Before I can finish a stack of papers are thrown on the desk in front of me and she goes back to typing while obnoxiously chewing her gum.

"Fill out them files if you need something" she says not even bothering to look me in the face.

"No Ms I am here about a shooting victim, he was just brought in over an hour ago-"

"Name"

I blink off the anger that is slowly seeping into me before answering "Alsina, August Alsina."

She finally looks up at me with a raised eyebrow "shouldn't you all be at school?"

Janet pushes past me and looks down at the smirking nurse "and shouldn't you be doing your job instead of watching" she tilts her head over the desk quickly and looks at the computer screen "Big Dick Rick?" The lady close out the website quickly and glares at us.

"Look Nurse Nasty all we need to know is about August Alsina, what room he is in, something then we will be out of your stank ass weave" Taraji says while rolling her eyes at the nurse.

After a few moments of her glaring at us she starts typing "Mr. Alsina is still in surgery and I can't tell you the extant of the gunshot wound so you will have to wait over there with the officers until the Doctor comes out."

"Thanks" I say before turning away.

"Was that so hard now you can get back to Rick" Janet says.

I take a sit on the small peach couch and Beyonce sits right beside me. I look up at her and offer a small smile. She hasn't said anything on the car ride over but she have not let go of my hand once until we had finally arrived here. I have to tell her how grateful I am that she has been here with me because if she wasn't on don't think I could have gotten this far.
