Richelle's pov
After breakfast and Amanda's meltdown, Noah and I clambered into his car, going to the police station. That's where we are now, in Noah's car and he's driving. Nervous to get to our destination, I look out of the window and scan my surroundings. Kids playing in the park, teenagers waiting for the bus. There's one girl walking alone, she looks about fourteen.

I feel my body tense up and my mouth turn into a frown. I take a gasp for air and feel like shouting, "Run! Run whilst you still can!" In fact, the scream accidentally slips out of my mouth and the girl looks at me strangely.

Slam! Noah slams the breaks down, stopping the car, but soon realising that we're in the middle of the road, so he pulls over to a lay-by. But, I keep yelling, "Run! Please go! Save yourself!"

"Richelle!" Noah yells, pulling me into a hug, "Richelle she's fine, stop yelling!"
"But she could end up like me!" I yell back, letting a few tears escape my eyes.
"Oh Richelle," he says in a softer tone, "I didn't realise you meant.....well, that. Sorry for being an idiot, but she's fine, see, she's walking towards her friends now! Everything is fine Richelle, you don't need to worry."
"I'm sorry..."
"Don't apologise! What you did was understandable, completely fine. So don't worry about it!"

Quickly, I dry my tears with the sleeves of my, well technically Noah's, jumper. He gives me one last glance before turning the engine back on, and starting the car. This time, I don't look out of the window. Instead, I decide to think about what it'll be like in the Police Station. Maybe Noah knows, not implying that he's been in trouble before, but he seems to know things.

"Noah?" I ask in a quiet voice, looking down at my hands.
"Yes?"
"What will it be like in the Police Station?" I question, "Will you be in there, with me?"
"I actually don't know Richelle," he replies, "and sorry, no, I won't be with you. But, I'll be right outside the door, waiting for you. And, you'll be completely safe, there's no need to worry just because I won't be in there."
"Okay," I reply, unsure about what's going to happen, although Noah said that it's safe.

Soon enough, we pull up to a large-ish looking building, surrounded by a few cars that have blue and yellow squares all over them. I'm guessing that they belong to the Police, I haven't seen one in a long time.

"You ready to go in?" Noah asks before we get out of the car.
I nod my head slowly, still scanning the building. I guess this is it...
