Amanda's pov

"How are we going to get her now?" My boyfriend yells angrily as we sit opposite each other, his large wooden table full of plans and maps all over it, "Noah saw us kiss! And Richelle was there! Did you see her hiding behind that bush waiting for him?"

"Of course I did!" I snap back, we're both just as angry with each other about how our plan is currently spiraling downhill.

What plan am I talking about? The one to get Richelle back; let me start from the beginning. You see, my boyfriend, who's name is Oscar, is the man who kidnapped Richelle in the first place. We've been together for a year, and when he told me about Richelle, he told me everything he knew about her. Of course they were all bad things, and I still dislike her to this day. But why did he kidnap her? Well, he works for a large, secret, company, who sells people as slaves. He just happened to be passing by Richelle when she was alone, so he took her. However, she wasn't exactly a good choice. Every time she was interviewed with a buyer, she always managed to come up with some sort of story to make them not want to buy her. That's why Oscar hit her, to make her do what he said. Of course she hasn't told anyone this, I could tell that she was too afraid to tell anyone, even Noah because he'd probably tell the Police about the company, they'd get into trouble, and Richelle would get into even bigger trouble for telling.

But then she got away, me and Oscar were out. That's when our plan failed. The reason I was with Noah at the time was because if Oscar's company got found out, I'd have at least Noah to be safe with. Oscar didn't (and doesn't) want me to get into a mess like that, so he told me to find someone to stay with, but I could see him every night. That's where I snuck off to during the nights. Now that I'm not with Noah, I could be in danger if we get found out. That's why we need Richelle back.

"Well," Oscar begins, thinking of a plan, "all of our other plans won't work, Noah will get in the way."

"So," I say, thinking just as hard as him, "we need Richelle to be alone somewhere?"

"Exactly! Do you know where she might go, by herself?"

"I suppose the garden? The park? The shop?"

"That's it!"

"What's it?"

"The shop! If she's alone, then I can grab her off the sidewalk just like I did ten years ago! You're a genius, baby!"

"Me? I came up with the place you came up with the place, we're even!"

"Okay, we're even. Why don't we test it out tomorrow?"

"Yes! Let's get everything ready tonight, now that we know she's capable of escaping."

"You just think of everything don't you! I think we'll need to tighten those chains, and get a new lock for her room."

"I'll do that tonight, you focus on tracking her location. Okay?"

"If you say so, A."
