Why Master why?

I couldn't believe what my brothers and I were going to run into but what I did know was we needed to stick together no matter what.

"Leo you really think we have a chance against Splinter?What are you insane he taught us everything we know?!?" Raph sure made himself noticed by the way he hid in the very blind spot I had from Donnie's bandage that covered my left eye.

"Raph enough about that.Leo,I know that this is bad but come on we've beat bad guys worse than master Splinter right guys?"I felt a hand touch my bruised left shoulder but made a point not to show pain from Mikey's comforting words.In truth I knew that if the guys went against our Sensi they would sure be killed.'No way am I going to bring you guys just to be killed in front of me.Even if I have to join the Foot I will keep you all safe.'

"Leo I hate to say this but you won't be able to fight for a while even if I tried to do a patch job on that shoulder.Oh man Mikey I'd move your hand or....Wait Leo can you feel the pain in your shoulder,cause if not then your nerves in that arm are fried,"I could tell Donnie was more than worried he was frightened by the attack from earlier,but who could blame him.

"I'm fine Donnie.Look I can still feel the pain just I didn't want to show it,"I had to tell him I was fine or he would have been even more freaked about me.

"Leo you sure you're okay?I mean you are going to be okay right?"Mikey of all of us was the most hurt from this event. But I couldn't help but feel that this was my fault.

"Come on guys don't you want to eat something?"Raph I could tell he was trying to help Mikey but all of us were still shaken by the sudden attack of our master.

'So what am I to do?I can choose to keep my brothers safe or lead them into a fight blinded by fear?'
