"So you delete something what was important to me like it was nothing." "I did the same thing you did to me." "Oh bull shit I'm sure you wrote that in like two minutes." He scoffed. "Doesn't matter. It's my story and I could write anything I want and you can't stop stop me." "Oh I can't can I?" He challenged. "Yes you can't now go home." "No." I looked up to see a smirking Jason sprawled out across my bed. From the angle he was in his shirt started lifting up. I could see his happy trail clearly and boy did it make me happy. "Stop staring at me like I'm ice cream." I shook my head and looked away. Talk about awkward.. "I don't get it." I looked up at him questionably. "How are you so normal when it's just me and you. But when we're around others you glitch out. Go into stalker mode?" Jason held a face of wanting answers. "You're intimating." "Do explain." "You're the Jason Scott. You're every girls dream." "Like yours?" He said smirking. "Yeah sure whatever." I waved my hand dismissively. "Anyways, you have that body language that shows you can make or break people." He nodded understanding.
"Now I have a question for you." "Ask away." "Why Gracie? I mean no offense but she's kind of low for your standards." "My standards?" I nodded my head. "You know if people saw me talking to you they'd think the same way about you. Low for my standards. But obviously I'm not a judging person." I looked down humiliated. He has a point...
"So how long you've been writing that little story of yours?" "Hmmm about two months I would say." "Jeez Tori. I know this might sound weird coming from a guy like me but you've got some skills. Haven't read something that good since reading The Outsiders in eighth grade." I blushed crimson red. What's up with him tonight. Being all nice making me blush like crazy! I sighed. I may stalk him but I'll never be able to read his mind.
"So why are you in here with me and not Josh?" I questioned. "No offense I love the guy yeah, but sometimes he can get on my nerves. Only talking about the girls he's banging, partying, and just all sorts of stupid shit." I sighed nodding. Josh and I used to be close until sophomore year. When he got invited to parties almost every week. Kind of annoying if you ask me. I mean what's to do at a party. Have people watch you humiliate yourself and get drunk off your ass not remembering a clue what happened the next night. Yeah no thank you. "Not trying to be rude or bash on your friends but isn't that everyone's topic when you're up in the high rankings of popularity?" "Sadly yeah. And it does get annoying. But hey what are you gonna do?" He said laughing. I know what I would do. I would stop being friends with the losers who have nothing better to do then drink their weekends away. But hey I have nothing to talk good about myself either. I may not drink my weekend away but I sure to do read and write a lot. "You know it's quite weird talking to someone about my life style. I can't talk to Gracie because she'll flip a bitch and say I'm a wimp or something." Some supportive girlfriend...
"Well why are you still with someone who would judge you like that." "That my friend is none of your business." I shrugged. I tried. "Anyways why are you asking that?" Oh crap. "Well I'm sure you already know I have a huge crush on you. But I also really care for you." "Oh so heart touching but we would never work out." "Give me a reason why we wouldn't." "You're that typical nerd, and I'm the guy everyone looks up to. Plus your brother wouldn't like the thought of me touching and kissing you. Also I'm pretty sure if he walked in I'm sure he'd be throwing punches at me for being so close to you." "Josh doesn't care that much about me." I said thoughtfully. I mean really he doesn't. He doesn't show it or tries. "Trust me, Josh certainly does care for you." "I don't believe you." "Maybe cause you're never around him enough." "Maybe it's because he doesn't invite me places. Or tries." As we were speaking to one another we were inching closer and closer. Our breath was mingling before our hands were. "Tori. Your brother cares for you." "Maybe he should prove it." I breathed. Before I could register what was happening Jason had me straddling his lap. My breathe got caught in my throat. "What are you doing." I whispered. "You're right. He doesn't care because he would have already been in here kicking my ass." And with that he pushed me off of him and hopped out of window.
"Son of bitch."
So I wanted to make it like an intimate scene but not too intimate.
Let me know what you think. (;
