I woke up to absolute silence. I yawned in exhaustion. I looked around the room to see no one. I couldn't remember too much, just a few snip its from last night. I remembered the running, the stabbing, the falling. I pulled up my shirt to my stomach to see a giant scar.

"So, you're awake now are you." Mom joked as she walked into the room. Her smile was strange for a woman who almost just lost her daughter last night. Something was wrong.

"Mom, are you feeling alright?" She didn't answer. Her smile was too big, it wasn't her smile.

It was Taylor's.

"Hey buddy." Her voice was so quiet I could barely hear it. I got out of bed and walked over to my mother.

"Taylor, get out of my mother." I wasn't making any sense but I didn't care.

"Sweetie, what are you talking about." I stared into my mother's eyes, but it wasn't my mothers big brown eyes I was looking at. They were Taylor's crystal blue eyes. She stared at me with a sneer look on my mother's face.

I couldn't take it anymore. I grabbed my phone and headed for the door. I limped gently until I reached a wheelchair against the wall. I sat in it, and started to wheel my way down the hall.

I could hear her voice in my thoughts. I ignored them. It was hard, but I just kept on wheeling. I couldn't stop, if I did, she would win.

My heart beat so fast and my head was spinning. I wanted to close my eyes and just go home, but I couldn't. I got to the front desk when something stopped me. Megan was standing at the front door.

"Don't talk to me. I'm here for Sara." She snapped. I stared at her confused. Sara, was here. I closed my eyes and a tear fell down my face. Megan looked at me in amazement. I just stared back.

"Why is Sara here?" I asked. She looked up at the ceiling.

"She, fell. Her foot is broken." She focused her attention back at me. "Why are you here?" She asked this with a gentle tone. I was surprised she cared.

"I fainted. When I was better, I had an accident." I whispered. I turned towards the door, and started wheeling. I wasn't in the mood to explain my stabbing "accident" to my not-so friend. She didnt' care. I knew her better than Sara after all.

"Wait, TORI!!!" She called. I wasn't listening.
