                                                                 ~Lexi's P.O.V.~

I gently picked up the pink and sticky bottle. Jessie must've left the bottle open and spilled it because a bottle can't be this sticky. I reached from my left side and placed the bottle in my-now tanned-lap. I smirked at the event that was about to happen next.

"Can you put sunscreen on my back?" I asked Liam turning my head towards him.

Liam nodded like he didn't see anything wrong with rubbing sunscreen on my back. Liam was so clueless that he didn't notice that I was actually flirting with him. I can't believe it, he was so clueless sometimes.

I held out the bottle for him to take and he took it switching hands one he found out that the botte was completely sticky. I stood up slowly and Liam followed. I gently moved my hair from one side of my neck to the other side of my neck and I glanced at Jessie and she was holding her two thumbs up while making it possible for me to see and for Liam to not see. All of a sudden, I felt soft hands gliding smooth cream across my back.

I didn't want to let my gaurd down but I did and when I did my smile shined brightly enough for the aliens on Mars to see.

But eventually that moment ended. There was no heart in it. He was just doing me a good deed. A simple, deed that made no sense to him. It was just one of those "do it without caring" situations.

I let that thought roll off my back.

I'm gonna have a litte fun! I'm not going to be a lonely Lisa about it at all. I'm not supposed to be a sad and mopy! I'm supposed to be having a heck of a time!

I forced my feet to inch closer to the big blue ocean.

Closer.

Closer.

Closer.

Closer.

Stop!

When I didn't even realize it I was at the shoreline.

I was about to take another step when someone forcefully pushed me ito the water.

I struggled to come back up to the surface. I could barely breathe and I had to wave my arms around which was very hard since the forces of gravity was kepping me down.

I felt a pair of hands bring me up from the water. They lifted me into their arms and I hugged my body to theirs.

Okay, here's a secret. I don't know how to swim.

At all.

When I was in fifth grade my mom had someone install a pool in our backyard. One day when Jessie came over we played outside, my dog Sniffles chased me right into the pool.

After that day I ever bothered to learn how to swim.

I also demanded that my mom call the person that installed the pool to demolish it.

So, yeah. That's the story. I was always afraid of the same thing happening. I wasn't about to swim, I was just going to stand on the shelf of the ocean, duh.

All of a sudden I heard voices. But i was so zoned out that I couldn't see a thing.

"Danielle! Why did you do that she could have died!" a girly voice yelled.

"C'mon she wanted a push, I know it."

"How could you know that she wanted to be pushed? She is afraid of swimming!"

"...I didn't know okay! She deserved it, shes been trying to steal my fiance!"

I heard sounds of struggle and force.

"Let go of me, Liam! I can't believe you're taking her side!"

My vision became clear. I saw everything.

"She's fine!" Danielle shouted at Liam and Jessie.

Jessie rolled her eyes.

I sat up.

"I can't believe you," I said.

"I'm sorry. But you have been sabotaging me ever since you got here and I'm sick of it!"

"I have no idea what you're talking about!" I screamed at her.

Danielle reached her hand out and slapped me hard leaving a red hand print on my cheek.

I gritted my teeth together.

Calm down Lexi.

1.

2.

3.

4.

I already had enough!

I stretched out my arms and I rammed into her. I grabbed a handful of her hair and I threw her head back an forth.

"Lexi get off of her!"

I didn't listen.

All of a sudden a cop was hovering over us with 2 pairs of handcuffs.

I smiled innocently and I said,"Hi officer."

Obviously he didn't smile back.

"You two ladies are under arrest for disturbance on public property."

"Officer, c'mon! We just had a few issues."

He scoffed.

"A few?" he questioned,"I have been getting many reports about you guys for the past half-hour! I'm getting a little sick of it!"

The officer stuck one pair of handcuffs in his back pocket and he pulled me up. I was getting arrested first. I put both hands behind my back and I let him cuff me.

"Okay little lady. Get up." It was pretty obvious that he was talking to Danielle.

She stood up and she did the same thing.

I looked at the children that were passing by. They all looked at us like we were bad people.

Like I was a bad person.

The cop gripped my left arm and Danielle's right arm and lead us to the cop car.

The officer opened the back door and he forced our bodies into the car. Wow, I never thought I would be in the backseat of a cop car. The officer forcefully slammed the door.

This wasn't apart of the plan. But this was totally operation in check.
