J-hope | On the street

Crowded street, honks by the cars, chattering noises, busy people. Y/N wandered around the busy street she dropped by before going to the airport.

Y/N gape in awe as she stroll around the place. The lights of the city dancing with the different noises created by the people.

'Sadly, I can't stay forever here' Y/N thought while holding her plane ticket in her pocket.

Y/N continued walking until she noticed a crowd of men cheering over someone.

'Must be a gang fight, is it? I have to get out of here quickly' She thought while walking away but she didn't notice that she came across a guy heading the opposite way-towards her.

"Oh sorry mister! Didn't notice you." Y/N said while holding her chest because of shock and nervousness.

The tall guy with a cap smiled brightly. Y/N noticed his 100 watts bright smile that made her calm a bit.

"It's okay. I actually noticed you though." The guy rubbed his nape exchanging glances from Y/N to the crowd of men a little away from them.

"Oh! I just happened to pass by here. I didn't know there are such dangerous places here in this beautiful city" Y/N said to the guy convincingly.

The tall guy looked at him with confused look.

"It's a gang fight, is it?" Y/N said then gulped at her conclusion.

The guy suddenly laughed hard making Y/N frown.

'Is he crazy?' Y/N thought at the person infront of her.

After calming a bit, he take Y/N's hand firmly.
"Come with me, I'll show you what it really is."

Y/N's chinky eyes get larger as it is before. 'W-what is he talking about? Is he one of them? But he's so adorable and approachable by looks' Y/N thought though little puzzled by this guy who's dragging her now.

As they were nearing the crowd of men, she noticed that they were jeering over two men.

"So what do you think it is now?" The tall guy asked while smiling.

"Is this a rap battle?" She answered, almost in a question.

"If that's what you think it is." He said then shrugged.

Y/N suddenly noticed her phone buzzing.
"S-someone's calling, need to answer first."
The tall guy smiled, Y/N then answered the call.

Hoseok just smiled at the girl when someone called him.
"J-hope ah! I know it's you, why don't you join? You'll win for sure!" His friend said to him encouragingly.

"But-" Hoseok once again glanced at the girl who's talking over the phone before continuing his sentence.
"Sure."

"Okay, okay calm down. I just dropped by here. I'll head to the airport after this" Y/N said over the phone then quickly ended it.

Y/N sighed heavily, she  wandered her eyes around the place looking for the guy he was talking to awhile ago.

'Where is he?' She thought and it would also be rude not to bid goodbye to the tall guy after all.

Then she noticed a familiar guy who's now on the elevated stage having a rap battle against a muscled man.

Y/N at first frowned then nodded unconsciously as if she just answered a big problem.

"So he's a rapper after all then." Y/N said in amazement and smiled.

Y/N waited until the host announces the winner after the battle ended. She doesn't care if her sister will scold her for showing up late already.

'I guess this is my last time here so I'll just savour my moments here, though with a strange guy. He seemed harmless anyways.' Y/N thought.

She heard many people cheered
"J-hope" when it's the tall guy's turn, so she gathered all her courage to congratulate him because of his win  (he looks professional though)  then bid goodbye since it's late already.

"Uhm, J-hope!" Y/N shouted while nearing after all the crowd disappeared.

"Woah you're still here?" Hoseok said then worried at the same time that the girl might get bored and irritated waiting for him.

"Yeah, I think it's cool actually. So congratulations, I'm going then." Y/N awkwardly said then started to walk away when J-hope grabbed her by the wrist.

"You already know my name but I didn't know yours." Hoseok said almost a whisper but Y/N still managed to hear it.

"It's Y/N." She smiled whole heartedly, thinking that she just found a new friend to a place she would leave eventually. Y/N remembered that this evening will be her flight to Philippines, she's staying there for good.

"It was nice hanging out with you." J-hope smiled brightly.

"Yah, thanks for the time. Bye" Y/N lastly said then walked away.

"Hope that I could see you again here,
Y/N"

Hoseok said then started walking away towards the opposite direction.
