Chapter 23

*Hailey's POV*

Last nights concert was fantastic! A lot of screaming and jumping around it was loads of fun.

But today we are just going to have a day off and stay home or something.

For now I'm just going to stay in my Jack Wills sweater, grey sweats and socks. I put my hair up in a messy bun and placed my glasses on.

I walked to the couch which was right in front of the TV and noticed everyone sitting and watching. So I sat next to Calum since that was the only space left.

*Calum's POV*

Today's the day I'm going to ask Hailey out on a date. But how? Maybe I'll do it over breakfast! I decided to text Luke about it.

To: Lukey;)

From: Cal:)

I'm going to ask Hailey out today.

He texted back.

To: Cal:)

From: Lukey;)

Really?!? When?

To: Lukey;)

From: Cal:)

At breakfast. Alone.

To: Cal:)

After texting Luke I thought maybe I should start now.

C: "hey. You wanna have some breakfast?"

H: "sure I'm starving!"

C: "guys! Me and Hailey are getting breakfast!"

Before anyone said anything Luke interrupted.

L: "bring us some will ya?"

Thank you Luke Hemmings!!

C: "okay bye!"

We put on our shoes and left the room.

*at breakfast*

Waitress: "hello may I take your order?"

H: "I'll have the pancakes please!"

C: "and I'll have eggs and bacon"

Waitress: "coming right up!"

The waitress left us alone.

This is it. I have to ask her but what if she says no?! C'mon Calum just do it!

H: "um Calum?"

Oh my god! The way she says my name makes my heart skip a beat.

C: "yeah?"

H: "are you alright?"

C: "yeah why?" I said nervously.

H: "just wondering."

There was a short pause.

C: "Hailey?"

H: "yes?"

C: "u-um w-will you go o-out with me?" Stupid stutter!

I look down at my lap blushing in embarrassment.

H: "yes I'll go out with you" she smiled.

My head shot up.

C: "really?!"

H: "yes Calum!"

Then our breakfast came.

Waitress: "here ya go!"

After we ate I paid for the food and we picked up some food for the others and made our way upstairs.

C: "we're back and we have food!"

They ran to us and grabbed the food out of our hands and started eating. While they were eating I decided to text the boys about the date.

I asked her out...

Thanks guys! Okay we have to go to the mall so I can buy a suit and Hailey can get ready :)

M, A, L: sure

A: "now that we've finished eating us guys are going to the mall"

H: "okay!"

We hugged the girls one by one I hugged Hailey last and whispered in her ear.

C: "I'll pick you up at 7:00 dress fancy" I winked at her. She blushed awww she's adorable

We closed the door and hopped into the van.

M: "TO THE MALL!"
