Chapter 6 Professor Layton

So Mr. Layton. What happened exactly with the case. Mr. Layton?
Mr. Layton looked dazed.
Mr. Layton!
"Sorry. I'm trying to recall the incident. " Mr. Layton hesitated.
"Take your time. You know, when people are rushed, you don't get a solid answer Apollo." Athena said.
(You know she's a psychologist. But still,... Grrr!)
"Ok. I'm ready." Professor Layton was prepared now.
Testimony----------------------------------
I was at the inn with Luke and we had a conversation. My good friend owned it so we got access to the kitchen and upstairs storage. I was explaining this to Luke then he wanted to see the photo of him since he wasn't there at the time. There was one in the kitchen so we went into there. Then one of the employees came at Luke with a knife. It was Comet I think. I didn't  know who was Comet but I struggled him off of Luke. After I got the knife away from him, I went to the door to call the police and see if Luke was alright. Yet I when I checked the door it was jammed. When I turned around, Comet was dead. Since I was the only one around I was charged with murder.

Wow. That is quite the puzzle.
"And that's why we're going to solve it!" Luke said cheerfully.
"Thanks, Professor Layton!" Athena shouted.
"For what miss?"
"I think I found out what she was going to say." Mr. Wright said.
( 'Thanks Apollo for taking notes?')
Athena tapped the glass and said, "We just found out our trump card!"
Oh. Of course! What is it?
"It's umm. Fine, you caught my bluff." Athena put her head down.
But, there is something off. It's what Luke told us. He said he saw a gun. But the professor said his saw a knife. Well? Why did you guys say different things?
"Luke what did you see?" Athena asked.
"Now that I think about. I did remember seeing a knife. "
Then why'd you say a gun?
"I think it's because I heard it." Luke answered.
(From where I wonder?)
"If we are going to get further in the case we need to divide and conquer." Mr. Wright stated. "Apollo, Luke and Athena will investigate the crime scene.
While Trucy and I will talk to the professor. Well, Good Luck!"

We walked out of there, yet Luke still looked puzzled.
"You ok?" Athena said allegedly.
"Uggg" Luke moaned.
"Oookkk...." Athena bumped into me. "Apollo!" She yelled/whispered.
What!
"Do something!"
I glanced over at Luke. He looked nauseous.
Luke!
"Blimey!" Luke yelled them fell in to his butt. Athena was doing her best not to laugh.
"I think I'm going to be sick." Luke groaned. I lifted him off his feet.
Athena can Luke and I have a talk man to man?
"More like boy to boy but ok! I'll be over here." Athena giggled.
(She does realized I'm several years older than her. Right?)
Luke! You got to keep it together! The professor. He's your role model right?
Luke slowly nods.
Then make him proud. Help us get that not guilty verdict ok!
Luke slowly nodded again.
Let's go!
"Apollo?" Luke asked.
Yeah?
"How did you and Phoenix meet?"
Funny story. I had to defend him!
"Wait. So you mean, he was accused of something as well!"
So I guess Mr. Wright has bit of sympathy for the professor.
"Apollo?"
