All throughout my life I've had horrible
coordination. When I was six I was playing on the slide and instead of going down the proper way, I ended up flipping over the side and breaking my arm. How could that have happened? I still have no idea to this day. When I was twelve I was playing duck-duck-goose

and I broke my leg. I wasn't even the one running. Everyone seemed to know about this mobility hazard I possessed. Especially Hunter, who made it his goal in life to humiliate me in school by making me trip. But apparently Levi was clueless about this little fact about me.

Currently we were at the ice rink, I was clinging the walls staring at my feet like a little kid. I'd already managed to fall on my butt before I had even reached the actual ice. Levi, the all star hockey player, was laughing his ass off at
my disability.

"C'mon Grace, just grab my hand," Levi pleaded. I glanced up at him briefly, fearful of plummeting to my death. I could see the headlines now, "GIRL DIES FROM BALANCE DISORDER AT ICE RINK". Only you Grace..

"I don't know..." I trailed. His hand enveloped mine, a squeal erupted from my mouth. I could feel my ankles shake already losing my footing.

"Trust me, I got you," slowly but surely he pulled me away from the wall. His arm wrapped around my shoulder steadying
me. Straightening my spine and began to follow Levi's lead. When I realized I was actually going somewhere a smile grew on my face.

"I'm doing it!" I sounded like a little girl learning how to ride a bike. Levi simply gave me a flashing smile, making me melt inside. Soon enough I was only needing his hand to help me through. Who knew ice skating was this easy?

After ten minutes of skating we'd managed to make it around twice. I was more comfortable and relaxed, Levi was so patient.

"Wanna try and go a little faster?" He asked, spinning around to face me. How was he skating backwards! I nodded my head at his proposal. Grasping my hand, he began to skate faster, I was trailing behind as best I could. My feet were wobbling, my balance all over
the place. I could feel myself about to fall.

"Gracie!"

Someone shouted behind me. I felt a pair of hands on my shoulder, the weight made me latch onto Levi, I tripped over my own skate and next thing I knew I was toppled on top of Levi like a pair of bowling pins. Cackling echoed throughout the rink, only one
person sounded that medusa like.

"What're you doing here?" I shouted. I attempted getting to my feet but fell down again. My but soaking from the slushy ice. Levi had managed to stand up, giving me a hand to bring me up.

"It's public skating day, thought I'd practice my skating," Hunter smirked. With that he glided away, what an asshole.

"You okay?" Levi asked me, concern washed all over his face. I gave him a weak smile, "How about we go somewhere else?"

"Yeah that sounds good," I replied. For the remainder of our night we went down to a local diner called the Dot.

I learned Levi was the kind of guy to get a vanilla milkshake, plain but I wouldn't let a flavor determine how I felt about him. I went with my usual strawberry shake with no whipped cream or cherry. To me, whipped cream tasted like nothing and had an awful aftertaste. Plus without the toppings you get more shake. It was nearly eleven when Levi dropped me off at home.

"Thank you for coming tonight, I know ice skating wasn't something you enjoyed," Levi said, I linked our hands together and gave it a tight squeeze. We made it to my front porch and I was turning away from him to open my front door when He whirled me around to face
him. Our foreheads smacked together with a loud thud and we both groaned in pain. I help my temples to stop the internal earthquake that was currently happening.
