Chapter 16: Just Sat Alone

Asa's P.O.V

I just hear what Allen said to Madeline, that he liked her, I was hearing the deep voice he had, it was just not me saying that. there is another person who likes Madeline as much as I do.

I thought I was getting my chance to have Madeline to be with me, only me.

once I heard that, I stayed silent and looking at the floor and I was disappointed , I was mostly surprised

Madeline was just blushing, not sure what to say.

I just put the book back where it was and I started walking away.

something had hit my heart, it was invisible arrow. it was cupid who made me fall into Madeline.

it wasn't just Cupid, it was also me..I was into Madeline because she was perfect for me.

Payton was never mine, she didn't treated me right. But having someone treated me so differently. And I knew I wasn't going to fall in love just for that

I just fall in love with Madeline  because we have a lot of comments, and she was just amazing , wonderful, romantic , sweet, nice and funny.

I never quite saw that in Payton.

but that's all the past now, I have to just focus on the present and the future. the past is never good idea to see cause it's going to hurt you, of what you did if it was bad or sad.

so I started running when I walked out the library, I grab my cell phone and called my brother

Morgan: Hello?

Me: Hey, Can you pick me up?

Morgan: what!? you just barely went to school

Me: I know, but I just don't feel good

Morgan: how do you feel right now?

Me: I just.......my head hurts and I feel like I'm going to puke

I wasn't lying, only the puke part

Morgan: I'm going to pick you up right now

Me: ok...hurry

Morgan: ok bye

Me: bye

I went to the nurse and waited for my brother to come and pick me up. school already started, but I didn't have time to study, or do some dumb schoolwork.

I don't really like math  because it's like your solving math's problem when I have problems I want to solve.

(26 minutes later )

I saw Morgan entered the nurse's room, and he told me "Let's take you home"

and we both did

in the afternoon I looked at my window and I saw Madeline with her sister, they were entering their apartment door. she didn't saw me.

at night, I was outside looking at the sky with stars around.

I did saw some beautiful small shooting star

I didn't make a wish... I want to...but I don't if it'll come true.

my mother came outside to talk to me.. I was preparing my words

"hey, what are you doing out here?" she said

"I'm just looking at the stars" I said looking up

"oh yeah, it is nice in here"

"it is mum"

"so why did you come home so early"

"oh I didn't felt good"

"oh. Are you okay now?" she asked and I looked at her

"yeah I guess"

"Good..so what's going on with Madeline. Anything special?" she asked with her smile on her sweet face

"no...something is wrong" I decided to tell her, she might help me

"oh what's wrong?" she said

"there's another boy, who likes Madeline and she was blushing, I think she was forgetting about me, Mum"

"oh.. Honey, don't worry, Madeline likes you, right?"

"No, she's almost there to like me....she's just taking another time"

"oh... do you really like her Asa, are you totally positive with your love?"

"100 percent, Mum"

"Ok" she said

"I don't want her to like someone else, I actually have deep feelings for Madeline"

"Asa, you are a sweet boy, and I'm sure that Madeline will see everything about you, you just have to spend more time with her and make her that she belongs with you"

"Ok, I'll try my very best"

my mum kissed my forehead and she went outside

I was alone thinking about Madeline and my heart, that Madeline was now always in mind and my hear that was just feeling the love towards Madeline

what happened to me?

once I said those words in my mind, one small tear started streaming my face and I quickly wiped it.

I grab the chair and sat down.

It was so quiet tonight, I looked at Madeline's door and her window was dark, they were in bed already, it was late.

I stayed there for a moment, I just sat alone

in the night, just thinking what will happen?
